We can’t wait to see you at Greenfield Lake Amphitheater! Here’s what to expect when you visit us:
- Clear Bag Policy: Any bag, clutch, or fanny pack larger than 6" x 9" will NOT be allowed into the venue unless it is clear. The maximum size clear bag allowed is 12"x12"x6" (roughly the size of a backpack). Staff will be stationed at the gates to ensure bags meet these size requirements. Any bag deemed too big must be returned to your vehicle. See below for more information on the venue's clear bag policy.
- The venue will be cashless on the night of the show.
- Lawn chairs are not allowed at this venue.
- In most cases, your ticket is on your phone.
- This is a general admission venue, meaning there is no assigned seating. The row and seat number listed on your ticket is for box office reporting only.
Bag Policy
To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, we have implemented the following bag policy: we will allow clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags (6”x 9”). No other bags of any type will be allowed.
Cashless Payments: All points of sale (excluding some visiting food trucks) will ONLY accept debit, credit or mobile pay (Apply Pay or Google Pay). For fans that wish to use cash, cash to card conversion will be available on-site at the Guest Services table.

- Cameras - non-professional only, no detachable lenses

- Any item deemed unsafe by the City of Wilmington

MOBILE TICKET ENTRY
All events will be Mobile Entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print. For more info on mobile tickets, click here.
Additional Tips:
Purchase tickets for a group? Arriving separately? Transfer tickets directly to friends and family using the Live Nation App. To expedite entry, we recommend doing this prior to arriving at the event.
- Using the Live Nation App or your phone's web browser, sign in to your account.
- Select the desired order and tap Transfer Tickets (event eligibility may vary).
- Select the ticket you'd like to transfer. Add the recipient's information and send. The recipient will receive an email with the ticket.

The Greenfield Lake Amphitheater box office is open only on show days starting at 4pm. You may visit our secondary box office location at Live Oak Bank Pavilion (10 Cowan St. Wilmington, NC). The secondary box office is open on Fridays from 10am - 4pm and show days starting at 10 am. Greenfield Lake Amphitheater strives to ensure that all of our guests have a great time at our venue. If you need additional assistance while you are here, please make sure you let us know.
- Seating- All ADA seats at Greenfield Lake Amphitheater are first come, first served. The seats are located in the middle of the venue, just behind the first section of seats. If you need assistance locating the ADA seats upon your arrival, please ask a staff member in a Live Nation uniform.
- Parking- Accessible Parking is located next to the venue's main entry and box office. It is designated by blue ADA traffic cones.
- Interpreter Requests- If you will need an interpreter for an event, please give us at least 2 weeks notice to secure. We can be reached via social media: Instagram (@Greenfieldlakeamp) or Facebook (Facebook.com/GreenfieldAmphitheater). Guests that request an interpreter will need to pick up their tickets at will call. When the tickets are picked up we will introduce you to your interpreter for the evening and take you to your seats.
- Hearing Assistance- Guests that require assisted listening devices can contact our venue office prior to the event to arrange for a device. Please give us at least 2 days' notice. We can be reached via social media: Instagram (@Greenfieldlakeamp) or Facebook (Facebook.com/GreenfieldAmphitheater).
- Service Dogs- Only registered working dogs are allowed inside the venue during events. In line with ADA’s guidelines, a service dog is individually trained to perform tasks directly related to a person’s disability. Service dogs must be kept on a leash or in a harness unless this interferes with their work. We can also make an exception if a disability makes it impossible to handle a harness or leash. If you can’t use a harness, leash, or any other type of tether, you must be able to control your service dog through voice, signals, or other methods.
- Accommodations- All venue bathrooms, concession stands, and merchandise stands are accessible.
FAQs
My ticket has a row and seat number, is there assigned seating?
We are an all General Admission venue, meaning there are no assigned seats - all seats are first come, first served. Guests may notice a row or seat number on their ticket, but that is only used for box office reporting. Sit where you'd like!
What is your policy on bags?
To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, we have implemented the following bag policy: we will allow clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags (6”x 9”). No other bags of any type will be allowed. If your bag exceeds this size, you will be asked to return the bag to your car. Should you need a clear bag once you arrive, we sell them at the venue for a small fee.
Is this venue ADA accessible?
Yes. Accessible parking spaces are designated by blue traffic cones next to the venue's main entry and the box office. Accessible seating is available on a first come, first served basis. Please ask venue staff for Accessible seating upon your arrival. For further questions regarding accessibility, please message us on Facebook or Instagram.
Are children allowed into the venue?
All of our events are all ages. Children 5 and under do not require a ticket.

The box office at Greenfield Lake Amphitheater will be open only on day of show starting at 4 PM. If you’d like to purchase tickets, please visit us at www.livenation.com. Does the venue accept cash?
No, we are a cashless venue. However, if you must use cash, we offer cash to card conversion (free of charge) at our Guest Servivces table next to the concession building. Once you transfer your cash onto this card, you can use it anywhere inside the venue and at any major retailer outside the venue that accepts MasterCard. All main concession stands take Visa/ MasterCard / Discover and American Express.
Can I bring a service animal?
Service animals are permitted inside the venue during events. Only registered working service animals are permitted.
Where can I park at the venue?
The best place to park for shows at the amphitheater is in the grassy area along Lakeshore Drive between North Carolina Avenue and Honeysuckle Dr. please be aware that Elderhaus next to the venue is now enforcing towing. The easiest and most accessible entrance is from North Carolina Avenue off of Carolina Beach Rd. On street parking along Lakeshore Drive is also permitted. Parking along Amphitheater Drive is discouraged due to the difficulty in exiting this area after a show.
Is there food at the venue?
Yes! We offer a variety of concession options - including vegan and vegetarian options - as well as visiting food truck vendors from the area. A list of scheduled food trucks will be posted on the venue's social media story the day of the show.
What are your policies regarding alcohol?
Greenfield Lake Amphitheater offers a wide variety of alcoholic beverages for purchase during your time at the venue. You are not permitted to bring any alcoholic beverages into the venue. A valid and current Driver License or State ID card is required to purchase alcohol- guests will be required to show ID every time they purchase.
What happens if a show is canceled?
Cancellations will only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancelation, or an act of God. In the event of a cancelation, local media will be notified and any information about a potential reschedule will be made available on our social media pages and emailed to ticket holders. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase.
How do I get backstage passes?
All Access passes or Backstage Passes are not available for purchase. Visit www.livenation.com to view any VIP packages that may involve a meet and greet or additional access. The venue box office does not sell any meet and greet, backstage or venue passes.
Can I bring my concealed weapon into a show if I have a permit?
Greenfield Lake Amphitheater does not allow weapons of any kind on our property. Guests should follow all applicable laws regarding securing a weapon in a vehicle if they have it on them when they arrive. The venue will not secure weapons and will take no responsibility for any weapons left in vehicles.
Are cameras allowed into the venue?
The standard venue policy allows camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras. Any camera that has a detachable lens will be considered professional and not allowed in. If the camera lens zooms out of the camera more than 1 inch, it will be considered a professional camera and will not be allowed in. Some artists do not permit cameras so please check back for the show you will be attending to ensure that we will be allowing cameras in.
How do I apply to work at the venue?

What time do the gates open to the show?
Gate times vary, but are usually one hour prior to the ticketed show time. Please check the specific event page as these times are subject to change.
What is your policy on guest conduct at the show?
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with venue policy, state and local laws. Any guest that is acting in a manner that venue management deems unsafe can be subject to eviction. If a guest violates a state or local law they will be subject to any tickets or punishment deemed necessary by local law enforcement. We reserve the right to deny entry to any guest for any reason or no reason.

- Cameras – nonprofessional only, no detachable lenses
- Water – up to 1 gallon in a factory sealed or empty bottle
- Small blankets no larger than 4’ x 8
- Stollers (as long as they are not stored in a aisle or walkway)

Where is the venue's lost and found collection?
If you're at the venue, visit the guest services table next to the concessions building to see if your item has been turned in.
If you aren't at the venue, you can submit a claim for an item by e-mailing us at lostandfoundILM@livenation.com.
Can I re-enter the venue after exiting?
Re-Entry is not permitted at Greenfield Lake Amphitheater. Please ensure that everything you will need for the event is brought in with you. If you do leave at any point in the evening- you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket.
Does the venue participate in recycling?
Greenfield Lake Amphitheater participates in a venue wide recycling program. Our company's goal to eliminate single-use plastics and work toward zero-waste concerts. You can help us achieve this! You will find recycling and compost bins through-out the venue. Please recycle where possible. If you have questions about recyclying or composting, please ask one of our Zero Waste Captains stationed near the waste stations.
Can I smoke/vape at the venue?
You may not smoke inside Greenfield Lake Amphitheater.
