Doors Time
Doors generally open one hour before the show's scheduled start time.
Bag Policy
The following bag policy is in place: Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search.
Mobile Ticketing
All our events will be Mobile Entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print.

Will Call
All guests picking up tickets at Will Call must show two forms of identification (Photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets) and their ticket confirmation number.

Where is the restroom?
At The Fillmore the public restrooms are located to the left side of the stage down the hall from the Lobby bar and BG's Lounge.
Where is The Fillmore Located?
We are located on the second floor of the Caesars New Orleans. The physical address is 6 N Canal St, New Orleans, LA 70130. Guests can enter The Fillmore from the entrance located on Canal Street directly before the Caesars New Orleans Valet entrance. All guests under the age of 21, must enter and exit this entrance. Guests 21 can also enter The Fillmore through Caesars New Orleans via Masquerade Lounge, located in the center of the Casino. When leaving the show, Guests may exit out through the casino or to Canal St through The Fillmore’s main entrance.
What is the Fast Lane Ticket?
The Fast Lane Ticket allows you entrance to the venue prior to the general public. Please note Fast Lane tickets do not grant access to The Fillmore New Orleans VIP Club/VIP Private Bar/VIP Private Bathrooms. The Fast Lane Tickets are also NOT a ticket to a show - they are considered an amenity. Patrons who attempt to enter shows with just a Fast Lane ticket will not be allowed into the show without an actual event ticket. The Fast Lane ticket is available on a show by show basis.
Show Cancellations
If a show is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (artist illness for example), you will be refunded the entire amount (services fees included) of your ticket price via the point of purchase. If you purchased a ticket online - your credit card will automatically be refunded (if the show is not rescheduled for a later date). You can always also call 800-745-3000 to speak to a Ticketmaster representative regarding your refund.
Re-Entry
We have a No Re-Entry policy. You may exit the venue for air or a cigarette if you exit to our smoking patio. The Fillmore New Orleans’ smoking /outdoor area is located through the west side music hall steps and has limited space. Smokers may be asked to wait on a one in/one out bias for their turn to go outside. Fillmore Premium Seats Members have the ability to re-enter the venue, but first go back through all security processing.

Our box office is open on event days only, it opens two hours before doors and closes once the headliner takes the stage.
To inquire on-site/upon arrival, please arrive as early as possible to speak to a Guest Services or Box Office representative for further assistance!
Arrival & Accessible Entrances: We’re committed to making your experience at The Fillmore New Orleans as smooth as possible. Please use 6 Canal St, New Orleans, LA 70130 or from inside Caesars New Orleans. Please see a Caesars New Orleans host for directions to the elevator inside the casino.
Restrooms: All restrooms at the venue are accessible.
Ticketing: Accessible seating tickets can be purchased online at livenation.com. There’s no need to contact the box office, as all accessible tickets are available on the website. To find tickets in The Fillmore’s Accessible Seating Area, select the Filters icon in the upper right corner of the ticket page. Then, scroll down to "Show accessible tickets" and toggle it on.
While we aim to offer accessible seating at all price levels, please note that some sections may sell out quickly. To ensure you secure a spot, we recommend purchasing your accessible tickets as early as possible.
Accessible Parking: While The Fillmore doesn’t have its own parking, we provide discounted validated parking at Caesars Garage, located at 501 Convention Center Blvd. It can be accessed through the casino.
Medication Needs: For guests who require medication during the event, please bring it in its original container with a name that matches your photo ID. We ask that you bring only what is necessary for the event, as we are unable to store any medication on site. Over-the-counter medication must also remain in its original packaging.
Dietary needs: We offer a variety of food options. Should you have specific concerns or requests, please feel free to speak with a member of our Food & Beverage team during your visit. While we strive to meet all requests, we kindly ask for your understanding if we are unable to fulfill certain requirements.
Service Animals: We welcome service animals at The Fillmore in accordance with the ADA. Service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered unless this interferes with their work or the handler’s disability prevents it. In such cases, the handler must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other means.
Service animals are defined by the ADA as dogs or miniature horses trained to perform tasks directly related to a person’s disability. Please ensure that your service animal is housebroken and behaves appropriately during the event. If your service animal behaves in a disruptive manner, we kindly ask that corrective action be taken.
Please note that comfort animals, emotional support animals, and therapy dogs do not qualify as service animals under the ADA. Service animals must remain on the floor and are not allowed on chairs or tables in dining areas. Our staff is not responsible for the care or supervision of service animals. We reserve the right to deny entry to any animal that disrupts venue operations.

No guns, knives, pepper spray, projectiles of any kind, or any other item that could be used to inflict harm.
Replicas of any type of weapon are NOT permitted

No video cameras, GoPros, selfie sticks, drones, masks or laser pointers.
No professional photo, video, or audio recording equipment - (including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms or commercial use rigs)
No unsealed liquids or gels of any kind
No jewelry or clothing that could inflict harm
No stuffed animals or toys of any kind

Zero Tolerance For Drug Use or Possession
The use or possession of any illegal drugs will not be tolerated anywhere inside or outside the venue. Security personnel and narcotics officers will be working and enforcing all drug related laws. Do not bring any illegal substances to the event as violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If you are found impaired at the door, security will not allow you to enter the venue. Event staff reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone. Please come with a smile and be prepared to enjoy a fun filled night of music and dancing.

Unless otherwise noted, most shows are an all ages. All patrons regardless of age must have a ticket to enter the facility. 18 or 21 shows will be noted online and will require valid ID. All Fillmore guests will be asked to provide valid ID, even if they have already been asked by casino staff.
