On November 24, 1928, Brooklyn Paramount introduced the most immersive entertainment experience the world had ever seen. Emboldened as ‘America’s first movie theater built for sound,’ Brooklyn Paramount set the stage for a storied saga of beginnings. Now, after 60 years since its last curtain call, this palace of entertainment is being revived as a multi-genre sensory spectacle of state-of-the-art sound. For its second act, with a max capacity of 2,700 guests, Brooklyn Paramount is elevating a new generation of boundary- pushing performers, restoring its place in the hearts—and imaginations—of fans as an unforgettable Brooklyn legend. The Main Entrance to Brooklyn Paramount is accessible.
Brooklyn Paramount has elevators located in the back right of the lobby and go to all seating areas.
Restrooms:All restrooms at Brooklyn Paramount are accessible.
Ticketing:Tickets located in our accessible section can be purchased online at livenation.com. Our box office is not equipped to take ticket orders over the phone and our website is the only method to purchase tickets.
For Accessible seating at Brooklyn Paramount please purchase a General Admission ticket. We will seat those needing accessible seating once the box office opens on the day of the event. Please be advised that this is done on a first come, first served basis and our accessible seating area can reach capacity early.
To find tickets in the Accessible Seating Area of Brooklyn Paramount select the Filters icon on the upper right of the page where you see available tickets. You will be shown your seat location once the ticket is selected.Accessible Parking:
Brooklyn Paramount does not own or operate any parking in the area. Some of the local parking lots in the area include, MPG Parking 470 Hudson Avenue, Public Parking 97 Dekalb Avenue The terrain between these lots and Brooklyn Paramount is paved and includes street crossings. Please follow signs to the Accessible parking spots. Consult signage in the lot for payment if required.
Public Transit Stops:Easy access to Manhattan the B/Q/R trains from Dekalb Station stop across street and .2 miles from 2/3/4/5 at Nevins Station.
Medication Needs:
If you need to enter with prescribed medication to be taken during the event, we require that all medication be in its original container with a name that is verifiable with a photo ID. If you do not have a container with a name on it, we may request documentation that allows us to confirm the need for this medication as you enter the venue. Please only bring what is required for the duration of the event. We do not have the ability to store any type of medication. Over the counter medication must be in its original packaging.
Dietary Needs:We allow a small commercially sealed package of unopened snacks such as small packs of cookies, etc. If you use insulin, please see the medication needs on this page for more information.
Brooklyn Paramount takes pride in offering a variety of choices for guests with special dietary needs. You may request to speak with a member of our Food & Beverage team with specific questions or concerns. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requests, we cannot guarantee that they will be able to meet all requests.
Service Animals:
Service Animals are welcome at Brooklyn Paramount.If you will accompanied by a service animal while attending a performance, please contact the Box Office at (718) 281-5850 or Info@BrooklynParamount.com after you have purchased your tickets so we can accommodate you and others in the appropriate location.
Service animals are defined by the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) as dogs that are trained to do work to perform tasks related to people with disabilities. The work or task the dog is trained to do must directly relate to the handler’s disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Comfort animals, emotional support animals, and therapy dogs are not listed as service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA. This also applies to the other species of animals wild or domestic, trained, or untrained. Any other item presented as a service or comfort item will be not allowed into the venue.
The ADA requires the service animal to be under the control of the handler. This can be using a harness, leash, or other tether. The animal must be housebroken. Live Nation and its operating partners are not required to provide for, the care, or supervision of a service animal, including cleaning up after it. Live Nation and our operating partners have the right to deny access to a dog that disrupts our operations. We will exclude a service animal when its behavior poses a direct threat to the health or safety of others.Sign Language Interpretation:
Brooklyn Paramount offers sign language integration upon request only. Requests for interpreters must be received at least two weeks before the event date. Please make your request by email Info@BrooklynParamount.com. These requests are subject to the availability of an interpreter.Assistive Listening Devices:
Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs) technology in BrooklynParamount is powered by Listen Everywhere Technology™. This allows you to use your mobile device and headphones as your personal ALD. If you do not wish to use your device, please see a Guest Services member to get a receiver. A photo ID is required.
Mobility Device Storage:
Limited storage is available for wheelchairs, canes, walkers, and other mobility devices. If you need access to your device during the show, please contact a member of the guest services team. There is limited electrical connectivity in the venue, please contact the Box Office for more information.

Mobile Ticketing
All our events will be Mobile Entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print.

The Brooklyn Paramount is fully cashless. All main concession and merchandise stands accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express card payment types.

Coat check is available year round
We are located at 385 Flatbush Avenue Extension, Brooklyn, NY 11201. On the corner of Flatbush and Dekalb. With easy access from Dekalb Station on the B/Q/R trains or via the 2/3/4/5 at Nevins Station
The box office at Brooklyn Paramount will be open day-of-show only.
If you’d like to purchase tickets, please visit us at livenation.com. If you’re looking to obtain a refund for a show that was either canceled, postponed or rescheduled, please visit us at livenation.com/refund for more information. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, refunded, lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void and therefore not valid for entry. We recommend purchasing tickets directly via our box office, our website, Ticketmaster or Live Nation only.
Enjoy a sophisticated selection of beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages as well as food and snacks. Seven total bars throughout the venue mean less waiting for drinks and more time enjoying the show.
FAQs
Alcohol
Any patron in the possession of alcoholic beverages on premises may be requested at any time to produce valid identification which must satisfy the foregoing requirements. No refunds will be offered for confiscated alcoholic beverages. Any patron who presents false identification or who passes alcohol to a minor may be subject to eviction and arrest. Any patron who passes alcohol to another patron who is unable to provide an acceptable form of identification as listed above may be subject to eviction. We will not serve more than two alcoholic beverages to a patron at one time and we reserve the right to limit service to one drink per patron. Our alcohol service will end at least one hour prior to the scheduled end of an event. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of alcohol at any time. We will not serve any patron whom we believe to be intoxicated. Alcoholic beverages may not be taken into or removed from these premises. Any patron in possession of alcoholic beverages not obtained on premises will be subject to eviction. DLS retains the right to refuse any ID, and to refuse/cease service to any patron at any time. Our policies are in place for your protection, as well as ours.

All Access Passes
All Access passes or Backstage Passes are not available for purchase. Visit www.livenation.com to view any VIP packages that may involve a meet-and-greet or additional access. The venue box office does not sell any meet and greet, backstage, or venue passes.
Bag Policy
Bags up to 12" x 6" x 12" are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search.
Banners & Signs
Signs larger than 8.5” X 11” are not permitted into the venue. (this size is a standard sheet of paper).
Camera Policy
The standard venue policy allows camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras. Any camera that has a detachable lens will be considered professional and will not be allowed in. If the camera lens zooms out of the camera more than 1 inch, it will be considered a professional camera and will not be allowed in. Some artists do not permit cameras so please check back for the show you will be attending to ensure that we will be allowing cameras in.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancellation, or an act of God. In the event of a cancellation, local media will be notified and any information about a potential reschedule will be made available. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase. In the event of severe weather or show cancellations, please check our social media pages periodically for live updates.
Children
Most of our events are 16+ unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please check individual event pages for any specifications of the age limit.

Conceal and Carry
Brooklyn Paramount does not allow weapons of any kind on our property. The Venue will not secure weapons.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with venue policy, state and local laws. Any guest that is acting in a manner that venue management deems unsafe can be subject to eviction. If a guest violates a state or local law, they will be subject to any tickets or punishment deemed necessary by local law enforcement. We reserve the right to deny entry to any guest for any reason or no reason.

Lost and Found
If you lose an item while you are at an event, please email info@brooklynparamount.com to inquire about your item and set a time for pickup. Please note: Items in the Lost & Found are only held for 30 days following the event.
Lost or Stolen Tickets
Please report any lost or stolen tickets to Ticketmaster as soon as you are aware they are missing or destroyed. Guests can visit the box office with their photo ID to? have their ticket printed or resent to them digitally if needed.

Parking is available for purchase at 2 nearby garages close to the venue at the checkout page online
1st parking garage:
MPG PARKING, located at 152 Ashland PL
2nd Parking garage:
GGMC Parking, located at 66 Rockwell PL

Photo ID
We recommend guests bring valid photo identification with them to the event. Guests will be required to present valid physical photo ID for alcohol purchases.
Valid government-issued physical photo ID is required for entry to any event with an age restriction (ie: 18+, 21+). No refunds will be issued to guests who do not present valid ID for an age-restricted event.
Re-Entry
Re-Entry is not permitted at Brooklyn Paramount events.
Recycling
Brooklyn Paramount participates in a venue wide recycling program and is committed to sustainability. You will find recycling bins located throughout the venue. We encourage fans to recycle when possible.
Scalping Tickets
Scalping or reselling tickets is strictly prohibited on the property of the venue. Any guest caught selling tickets on property will be turned over to local law enforcement.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in our venue. We ask all our fans to be respectful of those around you.
Taping
Some shows do allow audio recording, so please contact us prior to the event you are attending to confirm if this will be allowed. Any questions, please email info@brooklynparamount.com.
Will Call
Will call tickets are available for pickup at the box office located at the main entrance approximately 1 hour before doors open on the day of the show. Please make sure that you have a photo ID matching the purchaser's name to pick up tickets.
Guests are not permitted to put tickets in will call for other guests to pick up. You will need to arrange to meet your party at the facility to deliver tickets.
If tickets or passes are being left for you - they will only be left at the box office. This includes meet and greet passes, backstage passes, press passes, and tickets from the tour or other promotional company. These tickets will be available approximately 1 hour before doors on the day of the show. If your tickets/passes are not in will call you will need to contact the person that left them for you to determine where they are. The box office cannot contact any member of the tour for you.
