Fan Guidelines
Lawn Chairs: To reduce contact with guest belongings and for security reasons, NO OUTSIDE Lawn Chairs will be allowed into the building starting in 2024.
Lawn chairs are available for rent for most shows and must be turned in at the end of the event. Our rental chairs are 27.6” wide X 27.6” deep X 30.5” tall. No other chairs are permitted inside the venue. To rent a lawn chair in advance, click here.
Bag Policy: To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, we have implemented the following bag policy: we will allow clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags (6”x9”).
Cashless Payments: ALL points of sale will ONLY accept debit, credit or mobile pay (Apply Pay or Google Pay). For fans that wish to use cash, cash to card conversion will be available on-site.
Directions, Parking & Traffic
Due to event and local traffic, please expect delays and give yourself plenty of time to arrive at Lakewood Amphitheatre. Early arrival and carpooling are strongly recommended. Please check local traffic reports for real time updates.
ON-SITE parking is available. We offer both advance and on site upgraded Premier parking and fee included parking in Live Nation produced shows. We strongly encourage parking within the amphitheatre property.
The venue has two parking areas: East and West parking lot entrances.
The general parking access in the East Parking Lots at Gate 4 is located at 2000 Lakewood Ave, Atlanta GA 30315. Lots C, D, E, F, G and L are located within these two gates.
The West parking lot, located at Gate 1, is the Premier Parking lot. The address for Gate 1 is at 1932 Pryor Road SE, Atlanta GA 30315. This lot requires a pre-purchased parking pass or may be paid on site if available. Lots A and B are located using Gate 1.
Use Gate 4 for all tour-related VIP packages and pre-show parties.
The venue has two ticket entrance gates to the facility. Either ticket gate is available regardless of ticket type. There are 2 Fast Lane Gates located closest to each box office. (Check HERE for Fast Lane info and access.)

Items ALLOWED to be brought into venue:
- Bags: clear plastic, vinyl, or pvc bag (maximum size 12" x 6" x 12") OR small clutch bag that does not need to be clear (maximum size 6" x 9")
- Blanket: no larger than 4’x8’
- Cameras: nonprofessional only, no detachable lenses
- Food for dietary health issues: allowed in a clear, one-gallon (1) plastic bag
- Reusable water bottle: must be empty and made of plastic. Glass and metal water bottles are NOT allowed.
- Signs: no larger than 8.5”x11”
- Water: up to 1 (one) liter in a factory-sealed bottle, per patron
Items NOT-ALLOWED to be brought into venue include, but are not limited to:
- Alcohol, Illegal drugs/substances
- Animals (excluding service animals)
- Any item deemed to be dangerous
- Audio recording equipment
- Bags that do not meet the clear bag policy description (clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" and/or small clutch bags (6"x9")
- Coolers
- Electronics including iPads, tablets, Go-Pros, UAV (drones), and filming/recording devices
- Fireworks or sparklers
- Frisbees, footballs, hula hoops, jump ropes, festival poles, noisemakers
- Glass, Cans, Bottles, Metal water bottles
- Outside Lawn Chairs (Lawn Chairs are available to rent in advance here or at the venue, but are subject to availability.)

- Ticketing- ADA tickets can be purchased online via livenation.com. You do not need to call the box office to place an order as all of our accessible tickets are available through livenation.com. Look for the handicap symbol on the Find Tickets page to view all available accessible seats. We do have accessible seating in every price range, but be advised it does occasionally sell out. We have very limited seating available for guests on the day of the event so please make sure you purchase accessible seating when you order tickets.
There are ADA sections at the front of sections 201, 206, and 207 in row WC. There are also ADA accessible lawn tickets available for purchase on the Live Nation ticketing page. - Day of Show Parking- Accessible Parking is located in an area close to the entrance gates in Lot B and Lot C. Let the parking staff know that you need accessible parking and they will direct you to this lot. Lot B is the Premier parking lot and there is a fee for the lot in general. Following local laws, you must have an accessible placard in order to park in the accessible areas of the parking lot. Please be advised that parking often fills quickly. If you do not absolutely need accessible parking- please park in the general lots.
- Accessible Stations- if you have questions or need assistance we have a table staffed with customer service employees to help answer questions related to seating or other accommodations. These stations are located in the West Plaza near the entrance to the lawn.
- Unexpected Needs- if you have had an injury or illness that prevents you from using the original seat you purchased we strongly recommend going through www.livenation.com to exchange all tickets for accessible. We will have a very limited number of seats available on the day of the show for such issues, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to seat you. Please remember that accessible seating permits for the guest with the accessible need and one companion.
- Interpreter Requests- if you will need an interpreter for an event please give us at least 2 weeks notice to secure. Guests that request an interpreter will need to pick up their tickets at will call. When the tickets are picked up we will introduce you to your interpreter for the evening and take you to your seats. There is no charge for interpreter services. Please call 404-443-5000 to arrange for an interpreter for your visit.
- Accommodations- all venue bathrooms, concession stands, and merchandise stands are accessible.

When can I enter the venue?
Parking lots will generally open 2.5 hours prior to the event time on the ticket. Gate times vary, but are usually 90 minutes prior to show time. Please check the specific event page as these dates are subject to change. Please do not attempt to enter the venue any earlier than the designated times as you will be turned around and told to return when the parking lots open.
Where do I enter the venue?
There are a total of two (2) entrance gates to the facility. Gates are available for use regardless of the ticket type. There are two (2) Fast Lane gates located closest to the box offices on either plaza. You must have your Fast Lane pass to utilize this gate. The Live Nation Lounge has a separate entry gate located on the lot side of the West Box Office, there is a VIP tent set up at the entrance for most shows for easy location. All guests using this gate must be VIP clients and have the appropriate ticket.
Is there parking?
Lakewood Amphitheatre has plenty of on-site parking. Please follow message board signage into the gated amphitheatre parking lots. General parking in the East parking lots can be accessed through gates 4 and 5 located at 2000 Lakewood Avenue. Premier parking is in the West parking lot accessible through Gate 1. Parking lots typically open 2.5 hours before the event time on the ticket.
What upgrades are available for my event, and where can I purchase?
Enhance your event experience with any of our upgrade options including Fast Lane, Premier Parking, Club Access, Lawn Chair Rental, VIP Lawn Deck access, and more. *Upgrades vary upon event.*

What is your bag policy?
All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guest have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue please return them to your vehicle.
We will allow clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags (6”x9”).
How does Lawn Seating work?
The lawn is always first come, first served. Guests may notice a row or seat number on their lawn ticket, but that is only used for tracking purposes. There are no assigned seats on the lawn.
Outside lawn chairs are prohibited.

Do you have ATMs?
No ATMs on site. All point of sale locations accept credit / debit cards.
What are your alcohol policies?
Lakewood Amphitheatre offers a wide variety of alcoholic beverages for purchase during your time at the venue. You are not permitted to bring any alcoholic beverages into the venue. A valid and current Driver License or State ID card is required to purchase alcohol- guests will be required to show ID every time they purchase.
Are children permitted?
All of our events are all ages. Children 2 and under do not require a ticket, but must sit on a parent's lap.
Are service animals allowed?
Service animals are permitted inside the venue during events. Only registered working animals are permitted.
Are banners and signs allowed?
Signs larger than 8.5 X 11 in are not permitted into the venue. This size is a standard sheet of paper. We do not allow in banners or signs that are larger than this due to the potential to block other guests view of the performance. All signs must be appropriate in nature and not be a distraction to the artist.
What is your camera policy?
SUBJECT TO CHANGE- The standard venue policy allows camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras. Any camera that has a detachable lens will be considered professional and not allowed in. If the camera lens zooms out of the camera more than 1 inch, it will be considered a professional camera and will not be allowed in. Some artists do not permit cameras so please check back for the show you will be attending to ensure that we will be allowing cameras in.
What happens if my show cancels?
Cancellations will only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancelation, or an act of God. In the event of a cancelation local media will be notified and any information about a potential reschedule will be made available. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase.
Is camping allowed?
The venue does not allow camping or overnight parking of any kind.
Who do I contact for automobile assistance?
If any assistance is needed with your vehicle please contact your normal Emergency Assistance provider. Lakewood Amphitheatre does not have tow or lockout services on site. Emergency assistance vehicles are permitted on property to assist with lockouts, jumps or tows but the guest will need to arrange for such services.
What methods of payment do you accept?
The venue only accepts credit or debit Visa / MasterCard / Discover and American Express.
Are firearms permitted?
Lakewood Amphitheatre does not allow weapons on our property. Guests should follow all applicable laws regarding securing a weapon in a vehicle if they have it on them when they arrive. The venue will not secure weapons and will take no responsibility for any weapons left in vehicles.
Do you have food and drinks at the venue?
Lakewood Amphitheatre offers a wide variety of concession options through the venue. This includes cheeseburgers, hot dogs, chicken tenders, tacos, nachos, pretzels, candy, popcorn, fountain soda (Coca Cola Products), water and Red Bull.
Concessions are located throughout the venue in both plazas & on either side of the lawn.
Can I bring water or water bottles into the venue?
Guests are permitted to bring in One (1) factory sealed bottle of water up to one liter in size. This policy is subject to change based on artist requests or safety considerations. Refillable plastic water bottles are permitted. Aluminum water bottles and camelbacks are not permitted.
Water coolers are located at Guest Services in the West Plaza.
Where can I drop someone off for a concert?
Drop off areas are located in F Lot located in the EAST PARKING LOT ONLY. Use Gate 4 or 5 to access the East parking lots. Please let the parking staff know that you are dropping someone off and they will direct you.
Guests cannot remain in their vehicles during the event- they must drop off and return 45 minutes prior to the end of the show. If you are not back within 45 minutes of the end of the event, you will not be allowed to enter until the majority of cars have exited the parking lot. Local law enforcement will shut down all incoming traffic and only allow traffic out of the venue.
How do you handle emergencies?
In the event of an emergency while on site, Lakewood Amphitheatre has trained paramedics to assist with any medical issues. First aid is located in the West plaza, between the Frozen Drinks Bar & Concession stand, but any staff member with a radio can dispatch First Aid to the location needed. Local law enforcement officers are also on site for every event and can assist if needed or requested. Venue management works closely with all appropriate emergency agencies and services to ensure that we are up to date on any dangerous weather or potential crowd related issues.

Where can I get assistance inside the venue?
If you need assistance while at an event please visit our guest services area located in the West plaza, near the entrance to the lawn.
Can you accommodate large groups?
Lakewood Ampitheatre does not offer group ticket sales. If you have a large party that will be attending the show the only option would be to contact our Premium Seating Department at 404-443-5003/5002. Premium Seating sells all VIP boxes, suites, and clubs at the venue that can accommodate larger parties than the standard ticket limit.
What is your Guest Conduct policy?
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with venue policy, state and local laws. Any guest that is acting in a manner that venue management deems unsafe can be subject to eviction. If a guest violates a state or local law they will be subject to any tickets or punishment deemed necessary by local law enforcement. Lakewood Amphitheatre reserves the right to deny entry to any guest for any reason or no reason. If a guest is denied entry to any event, such guest will be issued a refund of the face value of the ticket for the event.
How do I rent a lawn chair?

What is the Live Nation Lounge, and how can I get access?
The Live Nation Lounge is a private bar area for our VIP clients. Guests are able to purchase drinks and food in the club. The club will open at 30 minutes prior to published public door times and remain open until 1 hour after the event has ended. Live Nation Lounge guests will have access to our restroom trailers, premium liquors, and excellent prepared meal choices. A limited number of Live Nation Lounge passes are available for purchase every show HERE or as an upgrade on site.
Please note that Live Nation Lounge tickets are seperate from any artist related VIP packages.
Do you have a lost and found?
If you lose an item while you are at an event- you can visit our Guest Services booth located in the West Plaza, near the entrance to the lawn to see if it has been turned in. Click on the link below to view our virtual lost and found! You can communicate with us immediately and set up a time to pick up your item! Don't want to come back to pick up your item? No problem- you can set up shipping right from the website! Just click here.
What do I do if my tickets have been lost or stolen?
Please report any lost or stolen tickets to Ticketmaster as soon as you are aware they are missing or destroyed. If a ticket needs to be reprinted during the event, guests can visit the box office and have their tickets reprinted.
Where can I go for medical assistance?
First Aid is located in the WEST Plaza, between the concession stand and Frozen Drinks Booth. We have trained medical personnel that are able to assist with any issue you encounter. We have ambulances on site throughout the duration of the event that can transport guests if needed. If you have medication that you need stored in a refrigerator please alert a gate attendant and our medical staff will assist you. If you have a condition that requires you to use a needle for medication while you are here- please do so in our medical office so the syringe can be properly disposed of.
What security procedures should I expect when entering?
When coming through the gates, please plan on security using metal detectors and/or a physical pat down for our search procedures. All bags are subject to inspection. If you have a medical reason for not wanting to be searched via metal detectors, please request medical team assistance please visit our First Aid station in the West Plaza and they will give you an alternative to our metal detectors. Is overnight parking allowed?
There is no overnight parking permitted at the venue. Any unauthorized vehicles on site prior to an event or after an event will be towed at the owners expense.
Is police assistance available?
Local law enforcement are on site for every event and are responsible for directing all traffic into the venue. On-duty law enforcement officers are the only individuals able to carry a weapon on our property. We do not allow conceal and carry weapons to be brought onto our property nor we will secure them.
Can I park closer to the entry?
Premier Parking is available for every event. The price will vary based on event. Please CLICK HERE to purchase parking.
Premier Parking is located at 1932 Pryor Road, Atlanta GA 30315. Premier Parking does not guarantee early exit out of the parking lot.
How can I purchase VIP/Premium Seating?
If you are interested in purchasing a floor box, season seats or club access for the season please contact our PSS department at 404-443-5002/5003. Neither the venue receptionists nor the box office can answer questions regarding pricing or availability for these boxes.

What is your re-entry policy?
Re-Entry is not permitted at Lakewood Amphitheatre. Please ensure that everything you will need for the event is brought in with you. If you do leave at any point in the evening- you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket.
Where are your restrooms?
Restrooms are located in both plazas, near the end of the concession stands.
Can I sell my extra tickets out front?
Scalping or reselling tickets is strictly prohibited on the property of the venue. Any guest caught selling tickets on property will be turned over to local law enforcement.
Does the venue have security?
Venue security and law enforcement are located throughout the facility to ensure a safe and secure environment. All security personnel are wearing white shirts and can assist with any questions or concerns. Please do not hesitate to contact our on-site staff if any assistance is needed.

Smoking is permitted on the lawn & in the plazas. While we do not restrict smoking on the lawn, if guests around you are complaining, we will ask you to smoke in the plazas. Absolutely no smoking is allowed in covered areas. We appreciate your cooperation.
Is taping allowed?
Some shows do allow audio recording so please contact us prior to the event you are attending to confirm if this will be allowed.
Where do I go for taxis/ride-share?
Rideshare (UBER / Lyft) drop – off and pick – up location is located in the F lot. Drivers should enter through Gate 5 on Lakewood Avenue. Rideshare drivers will be prohibited from entering the premier parking lot. For your safety and traffic flow, please do not get in/out of rideshare vehicles along the street curbs or in other unauthorized areas.
Can I pick up tickets at Will Call?
Will call tickets are available for pickup at the box office. Please make sure that you have a photo ID matching the purchasers name to pick up tickets. Any name changes need to go through Ticketmaster Customer Service- 800-653-8000.
Guests are not permitted to put tickets in will call for other guests to pick up. You will need to arrange to meet your party at the facility to deliver tickets.
If tickets or passes are being left for you- they will only be left at the box office. This includes meet and greet passes, backstage passes, press passes, and tickets from the tour or other promotional company. We do not get these tickets until the day of the event close to doors so please do not try to pick them up earlier. If your tickets/passes are not in will call you will need to contact the person that left them for you to determine where they are. The box office cannot contact any member of the tour for you.
What happens in the event of inclement weather?
All shows will go on rain or shine. However, in the event of severe weather we will keep our fans notified via our social media pages.
