Scalping Tickets
Scalping or reselling tickets is strictly prohibited. Any guest caught selling tickets on property will be turned over to local law enforcement.
Security
Venue security and law enforcement are located throughout the facility to ensure a safe and secure environment. All security personnel are wearing white shirts and can assist with any questions or concerns. Please do not hesitate to contact our on-site staff if any assistance is needed.
Your safety and security are most important to us. The following details will outline our general venue’s guidelines: https://www.livenation.com/venueguidelines. "If You See Something, Say Something©" is a national anti-terrorism campaign that raises public awareness of the indicators of terrorism and terrorism-related crime, as well as the importance of reporting suspicious activity to state and local law enforcement.
Security Procedures
When coming through the gates, please plan on security using metal detectors and/or a physical pat down for our search procedures. All bags are subject to inspection. If you have a medical reason for not wanting to be searched via metal detectors, please visit our Box Office located next to the Main Entrance and they will give you an alternative to our metal detectors. More information can be found here: https://www.livenation.com/venueguidelines/
Smoking
Smoking is allowed on the far right section of the lawn. Please note: no smoking is allowed in the Harpoon or VIP bars. There is also no smoking allowed in the reserved seats or in the midway. Sponsorship / Hand Outs
All sponsorship inquiries should be directed to our VP of Venue Partnerships, Emma Womack, (603) 293-4700, ext. 208. Any handouts or presence on site needs to be reviewed and approved with venue sponsorship. If you do not have permission to be on site, you will be escorted off property.
Strollers
Strollers are allowed, but are subject to search. Please note, there is nowhere for them to be stored. The lawn has an incline that makes it unsafe for strollers to be on the lawn.
Tailgating
We have several parking areas and we condone and even, promote, responsible tailgating. Tailgating can be a very big part of making the event fun and memorable for you. That being said, the possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages, in our parking areas, actually violates a local Gilford ordinance. Underage drinking and/or intoxication, will most certainly cause you to miss the show and may lead to being arrested.
Taping
Some shows do allow audio recording so please contact us prior to the event you are attending to confirm if this will be allowed.
Traffic
Umbrellas
Umbrellas are allowed inside the venue. We ask that you are courteous and keep your umbrella closed during the performance to not obstruct anyone's view. We recommend wearing ponchos or other rain gear. The show will go on rain or shine.
Weather
All performances will go on rain or shine. In the event of a weather emergency, like a hurricane, events will most likely be rescheduled. In the event of inclement weather, please use quality rain gear. Umbrellas are allowed but may not be open during performances.
An event may be delayed, postponed, or canceled depending on the severity of the weather expected.
