TICKETING

You can buy accessible tickets online – no need to call the box office. To purchase accessible tickets on our website, select the "filters" icon on the upper right of the ticket page. Next, select "show accessible tickets", choose a type of accessible seat (wheelchair, companion, or semi-ambulatory), and select "apply filters". You will be shown your seat location once a ticket is selected. There are accessible seating options in every price range. All tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please try to buy accessible tickets in advance to secure a seat.

For guests in need of accommodation on the lawn, there is a raised concrete accessible platform at no additional cost. Please note that access to this platform is first come first served, and this area is reserved solely for guests with disabilities plus one companion each.  

ACCESSIBLE PARKING

Accessible Parking is located outside the Route 50 entrance. Let the parking staff know that you need accessible parking and they will direct you to this lot. Please have your valid, accessible parking tag and identification visible so our parking staff can direct you appropriately.

DROP OFFS & RIDESHARE

The drop-off area is located in the Main Route 50 Parking Lot. Please let the parking staff know that you are dropping someone off and they will direct you. Upon entering the parking lot, take an immediate right and follow the signs for the Ride Share location along the curb. Guests cannot remain in their vehicles during the event, they must drop off and return 45 minutes prior to the end of the show. If you are not back within 45 minutes of the end of the event, you may be delayed by traffic until the majority of cars have exited the parking lot.

MEDICATION NEEDS

If you need to enter with prescribed medication to be taken during the event, we require that all medication be in its original container with a name that is verifiable with a photo ID.  If you do not have a container with a name on it, we may request documentation that allows us to confirm the need for this medication as you enter the venue.  Please only bring what is required for the duration of the event.  We do not have the ability to store any type of medication.  Over-the-counter medication must be in its original packaging.  

DIETARY NEEDS

Live Nation Concerts at SPAC takes pride in offering a variety of choices for guests with special dietary needs. You may request to speak with a member of our Food & Beverage team with specific questions or concerns. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requests, we cannot guarantee that they will be able to meet all requests.  

SERVICE ANIMALS

At Broadview Stage at SPAC, we have specific guidelines to ensure all guests and their service animals are supported throughout their visit. 

Service animals are defined by the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) as dogs or miniature horses that are trained to do work to perform tasks related to people with disabilities. The work or task the service animal is trained to do must directly relate to the person's disability. Service animals must be housebroken. Service animals are required to behave and not repeatedly bark, growl, jump up on or lunge at other guests or employees. Corrective action must be taken if the service animal is not behaving appropriately.

Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Comfort animals, emotional support animals, and therapy dogs are not listed as service animals under Title III of the ADA. This also applies to the other species of animals wild or domestic, trained, or untrained. The ADA requires the service animal to be under the control of the handler. This may include using a harness, leash, or other tether. Our venue employees are not required to provide for, the care, or supervision of a service animal, including cleaning up after it. Service Animals must remain on the floor and are not allowed on dining chairs or tables in our food and beverage locations. Live Nation and our operating partners have the right to deny access to a dog that disrupts our operations.

Please contact a member of the guest services team if your service animal needs access to a relief area. You will need to exit the venue and re-enter with the assistance of a member of the guest service team.

SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETATION

Live Nation Concerts at SPAC offers sign language interpretation upon request only. Requests for interpreters must be received at least two weeks before the event date.  

Please make your request by calling 518-584-9330 and include how many in your party need interpretation and the ticket type you have. Interpretation requests are subject to the availability of an interpreter.  Accommodations will be made in or around the same section as the purchased ticket.

ASSISTIVE LISTENING DEVICES 

Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs) technology in Broadview Stage at SPAC is powered by Listen Everywhere Technology™.  This allows you to use your mobile device and headphones as your personal ALD. If you do not wish to use your device, please see the Guest Services location in the main lobby to get a receiver.  A photo ID is required to be held until the device is returned at the end of the event. Please bring your own headphones or earbuds.

MOBILITY DEVICE STORAGE

Limited storage is available for wheelchairs, canes, walkers, and other mobility devices. If you need access to your device during the show, please contact a member of the guest services team.  There is limited electrical connectivity in the venue, please contact us prior to your visit for more information.

• Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags (6”x 9”) – subject to search at gate.
• Empty, non-glass water bottle.
• Food - must fit in a one-gallon, clear Zip-Loc style bag.
• Non-professional digital and film cameras (Pocket-sized, point-and-shoot, no removable lenses).
• Water - 1 factory-sealed plastic bottle of water up to 1 gallon (non-frozen) per guest.

CANCELLATIONS/POSTPONEMENTS: 

Cancellations or postponements will only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancellation, or an act of God.

In the event of a cancellation or postponement local media will be notified and any information about a potential rescheduled date will be made available via social media and email. In the event a show is canceled refunds can be obtained at the point of purchase. Guests who purchased their tickets through Live Nation or Ticketmaster should monitor their email for more information or visit www.livenation.com/refund 

LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS:

Please report any lost or stolen tickets to Ticketmaster as soon as you are aware they are missing or destroyed. If a ticket needs to be reprinted during the event, guests can visit the Box Office and have their ticket reprinted for a fee.

Live Nation/Ticketmaster are not responsible for tickets purchased on third-party sites (e.g., Stubhub, SeatGeek, Vivid Seats, etc.). Our box office will not be able to troubleshoot, locate, or refund your tickets. Please contact your point of purchase for assistance. 

SCALPING TICKETS:

Scalping or reselling tickets is strictly prohibited on the property of the venue. Any guest caught selling tickets on the property will be turned over to local law enforcement.

WILL CALL:

Will Call tickets are available for pickup at the Route 50 box office which can be accessed from NYS Route 50 north or south. Please make sure that you have a photo ID matching the purchaser's name to pick up tickets. Any name changes need to go through Ticketmaster Customer Service- 800-653-8000. Guests are not permitted to put tickets in Will Call for other guests to pick up. You will need to arrange to meet your party at the facility to deliver tickets.

If tickets or passes are being left for you by radio stations or the tour, they will be left at Will Call. Those tickets will only be available for pick up when gates open, so please do not try to pick them up earlier. If your tickets or passes are not in Will Call you will need to contact the person who left them for you to determine where they are. The box office cannot contact radio stations or the tour for you.

All points of sale will only accept credit and debit. For fans who wish to use cash, Cash to Card conversion will be under the wooden pavilion in the main plaza. In the event you are not carrying a credit or debit card, there is a Cash to Card kiosk in the main concession plaza to exchange cash for card, dollar for dollar, without any service fees.

Mobile Ticketing: All our events will be Mobile Entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print. For more information on mobile entry, click here. Phone troubles? Visit the box office on event day for assistance. Be prepared to show your ID.

Purchase tickets for a group? Arriving separately? Transfer tickets directly to friends and family using the Live Nation App. To expedite entry, we recommend doing this prior to arriving at the event.

Live Nation Concerts at SPAC parking options are listed below. 

General Admission Parking:

• Available throughout the State Park as well as in the Route 50 East and West lots. All locations will charge $10 per car, and payments can be made via credit card. 

Premier & Reserved Parking:

• Premier Parking will be located in the East Route 50 lot, closest to the venue box office and venue gate. A limited number of premier parking spaces will be available on the day of the show on a first-come, first-served basis. 
• If you have pre-purchased Reserved Parking, you will receive a hang tag upon entry, allowing you to park in the corresponding parking spot. Please have your ticket ready to show the attendant.

Oversized Vehicle:

• All Oversized Vehicles that park at the venue will be directed to park in an appropriate space to accommodate the size of vehicle. Oversized Vehicles will be charged $100.00 and parking will be available in the East and West Route

Rideshare:

• The dedicated Rideshare pick up and drop off location has moved to the Rte 50 Parking Lot. They will be directed by Live Nation parking staff to the front curb for pick up and drop off. 

Alcohol:

• No alcohol is allowed in the SPAC parking lots or the Spa State Park prior to or during a concert. Guests who are of legal age are able to purchase alcohol from each of the concessions stands within the SPAC grounds and will be allowed to move throughout the venue with their drinks including lawn and reserved seat locations. Saratoga Performing Arts Center offers a wide variety of alcoholic beverages for purchase during your time at the venue. You are not permitted to bring any alcoholic beverages into the venue. A valid and current Driver License or State ID card is required to purchase alcohol guests will be required to show ID every time they purchase.

All Access Passes:

•  All Access passes or Backstage Passes are not available for purchase. Visit www.livenation.com to view any VIP packages that may involve a meet and greet or additional access. The venue box office does not sell any meet and greet, backstage or venue passes.

ATM

• We no longer have ATMs on site. We do offer a free “CASH TO CARD” option. We will exchange any cash denomination for a prepaid card to use at the venue. This prepaid card can be used anywhere credit/debit cards are accepted. There will be no fees for the cash to card exchange. A cash to conversion kiosk can be found under our wooden pavilion in the main concessions plaza (across from guest services)

Automobile Assistance:

• If any assistance is needed with your vehicle please contact your normal Emergency Assistance provider. Saratoga Performing Arts Center does not have tow or lockout services on site. Emergency assistance vehicles are permitted on property to assist with lockouts, jumps or tows but the guest will need to arrange for such services.

Bag Inspections:

• We only will allow clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags (6”x 9”). No other bags of any type will be allowed. All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue, please return them to your vehicle. 

Banners and Signs: 

• Signs larger than 8.5 X 11 in are not permitted into the venue. This size is a standard sheet of paper. We do not allow in banners or signs that are larger than this due to the potential to block other guests view of the performance. All signs must be appropriate in nature and not be a distraction to the artist.

Bicycle Parking:

• Bike racks are located between next the Route 50 box office near the sundial. All bikes must be removed by the end of the event. Saratoga Performing Arts Center is not responsible for lost or stolen bicycles.

Bus Parking: 

• Busses are considered an oversized vehicle and will be charged $100.00 if they will be remaining on site during the event. Busses that will be dropping off guests can leave the parking lot and return 45 minutes prior to the end of the event with no additional charge. NYS Park Police will be on site assisting in the bus lot to ensure all guests on busses are acting appropriately and within accordance of the law. *Subject to change based on event.

Camera Policy: 

• SUBJECT TO CHANGE- The standard venue policy allows camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras. Any camera that has a detachable lens will be considered professional and not allowed in. If the camera lens zooms out of the camera more than 1 inch it will be considered a professional camera and will not be allowed in. Some artists do not permit cameras so please check back for the show you will be attending to ensure that we will be allowing cameras in.

Camping: 

• There is no camping within the State Park or parking lots for events. New York State Park Police will clear all lots at the end of each event.

Cancelation Policy: 

• Cancelations will only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancelation or an act of God. In the event of a cancelation local media will be notified and any information about a potential reschedule will be made available. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase.

Cell Phones: 

• Generally cell phones are permitted in the venue. On occasions, comedy shows in particular, cell phones usage may not be allowed due to artist requests.

Children: 

• All of our events are all ages. Children 2 and under do not require a ticket, but must sit on a parent's lap.

Conceal and Carry: 

• Saratoga Performing Arts Center does not allow weapons on our property. Guests should follow all applicable laws regarding securing a weapon in a vehicle if they have it on them when they arrive. The venue will not secure weapons and will take no responsibility for any weapons left in vehicles.

Concessions: 

• Saratoga Performing Arts Center offers a wide variety of concession options through the venue. This includes cheeseburgers, hot dogs, nachos, pretzels, candy, popcorn, fountain sodas (Pepsi Products), water and Red Bull. Concessions are located throughout the venue.

  Water fountains are located along the main concourse and free water is provided at our Water Refill Stations inside the venue near The Pinecone small concessions building and near The Hall of Springs Box Office.

Emergency:

•  In the event of an emergency while on site, Saratoga Performing Arts Center has trained paramedics to assist with any medical issues. First aid is located in the medical clinic, on the right hand side and behind the main concessions plaza, but any staff member with a radio can dispatch First Aid to the location needed. Local law enforcement officers are also on site for every event and can assist if needed or requested. Venue management works closely with all appropriate emergency agencies and services to ensure that we are up to date on any dangerous weather or potential crowd related issues. In the event of a weather emergency- we will communicate with guests that are inside of the facility as well as guests on their way to the venue. Employment: 

• The venue begins hiring for each season in early March. If you are interested in working for the venue, please visit here.

Entrance Gates: 

• There are a total of 2 main entrance gates to the facility the Route 50 entrance and the Hall of Springs entrance. Entrance to both main gates is available for use regardless of the ticket type. There is one Fast Lane security lane and it is located at the Route 50 gate. You must have your Fast Lane pass to utilize this lane.  The VIP Club for Premium ticket holders has a separate entry gate located adjacent to the VIP parking behind the Roosevelt Spa. All guests using this gate must be Premium ticket holders/clients and have the appropriate ticket.

Fan Mail:

• Saratoga Performing Arts Center will do our best to get any fan mail sent to the venue to the appropriate parties. We cannot guarantee that any package or letter will be given to an artist. We recommend visiting the artist’s website and sending any items to their designated address. We are not responsible for returning anything that is sent to the venue for an artist.

Fast Lane: 

• For select events guests can purchase Fast Lane passes via www.livenation.com for each event. The Fast Lane passes do not permit the guest to enter any earlier than the designated gate time, however, it does have a shorter line. Fast Lane is located at the Route 50 gate.

Gate Times:

•  Parking lots will generally open 1.5 hours prior to our scheduled gate time. Gate times vary, but are usually 1.5 hours prior to show time. Please check the specific event page as these dates are subject to change. Please do not attempt to enter the venue any earlier than the designated times as you will be turned around and told to return when the parking lots open.

Guest Conduct: 

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with venue policy, state and local laws. Any guest that is acting in a manner that venue management deems unsafe can be subject to eviction. If a guest violates a state or local law they will be subject to any tickets or punishment deemed necessary by local law enforcement. We reserve the right to deny entry to any guest for any reason or no reason. If a guest is denied entry to any event, such guest will be issued a refund of the face value of the ticket for the event.

Hearing Assistance: 

• Guests that require assisted listening devices can contact our venue office prior to the event to arrange for a device. Please give us at least 2 days notice. Guests who require interpreter service can call the venue and arrange this for any event. We need at least 2 weeks notice to secure an interpreter. We can be reached at 518-584-9330.

Lawn Seating: 

• The lawn is always first come, first serve. Guests may notice a row or seat number on their lawn ticket, but that is only used for tracking purposes. There are no assigned seats on the lawn.

Lost and Found:

• If you lose an item while you are at an event you can visit our guest services location inside the venue located to the left of the main concessions plaza to see if it has been turned in. On non-show days, please call 518-584-9330 and ask for backstage security to see if your lost item was turned in.

Lost or Stolen Tickets:

• Please report any lost or stolen tickets to Ticketmaster as soon as you are aware they are missing or destroyed. If a ticket needs to be reprinted during the event - guests can visit the box office and have their ticket reprinted for a fee.

From I-87 (Northway): Take exit 13N to Route 9 North. Continue on Route 9 for approximately 2.5 miles. Turn left into Saratoga Spa State Park. Follow the Avenue of the Pines through the park. Bear right at the fork. Upon exiting the park, turn left onto Route 50 South. Follow Route 50 for 1/4 mile. Turn left for main parking and the main box office, or right for extended parking (walk to main parking and box office over the pedestrian bridge).

Medical Assistance: 

• First Aid is located in the medical clinic, on the right hand side and behind the main concessions plaza. We have trained medical personnel that are able to assist with any issue you encounter. We have ambulances on site throughout the duration of the event that can transport guests if needed. If you have medication that you need stored in a refrigerator please go to the medical clinic located on the right hand side and behind the main concessions plaza and our medical staff will assist you. If you have a condition that requires you to use a needle for medication while you are here please do so in our medical office so the syringe can be properly disposed of.

Medication Needs: 

• It is recommended that guests bringing medication into the venue for necessary or possible administration during the show utilize or have with them the original container and/or label pertaining to the prescription, or other form of documentation or confirmation of personal medical use, which may be requested of the guest for examination and verification by venue staff or security.

Merchandise:

•  Merchandise will be available for all concerts at our Artist Merchandise booths located throughout the venue. For Festival shows there will be merchandise located throughout the facility and sold by various vendors. All artist merchandise is property of the artist and the venue has no responsibility related to the craftsmanship or style of any merchandise. Please make sure you check that you have the correct size and there are no defects in the shirt before you walk away from the stand. The venue cannot assist with replacing or refunding any merchandise after the event has ended.

Overnight Parking: 

• There is no overnight parking permitted at the venue. Any unauthorized vehicles on site prior to an event or after an event will be towed at the owners expense.

Parking: 

• The main parking lot is located off of Route 50 and generally open 3 hours before show time. Gates typically open 1.5 hours before show time (varies by show/subject to change). General Admission Parking in all lots is subject to a $10 fee per car. Parking in the Route 50 lot entrances is only credit/debit card payment.  Additional parking is available in the Saratoga Spa State Park for $10 per vehicle. If still available, Premier Parking can be purchased in the Route 50 parking lot upon entry. Premier Parking can also be purchased online under upgrades for your show! All Parking Options:

General Admission parking - $10/vehicle (Route 50 East & Route 50 West lots). Additional parking is located throughout the State Park for $10/spot which is handled by NYS Parks.

Premier Parking – located in the Route 50 East lot, available to purchase online or onsite if available

Reserved Parking – located in the Route 50 East lot, available to purchase online or onsite if available

Oversized vehicles - $100/vehicle in the Route 50 East or West lot

ADA Parking – located in the Route 50 East lot

Patron Parking (behind the Automobile Museum) – dedicated for SPAC members only, parking tag required

Live Nation Premium VIP Parking – dedicated for Live Nation Season Ticket holders, located in the Roosevelt parking lot, parking tag required

Police Assistance: Local law enforcement are on site for every event and are responsible for directing all traffic into the venue. On Duty law enforcement officers are the only individuals able to carry a weapon on our property. We do not allow conceal and carry weapons to be brought onto our property nor will we secure them.

Premier Parking: Premier Parking is available for every event. The price will vary based on event. This can be purchased prior to the show via www.livenation.com or on site at the venue. Premier Parking is located in the Route 50 parking lot. Premier Parking does not guarantee early exit out of the parking lot.

Premium / VIP Seating: If you are interested in purchasing a floor box, season seats or club access for the season please contact our PSS department at (732) 203-2511 x 20611. Neither the venue receptionists nor the box office can answer questions regarding pricing or availability for these boxes.

Private Events: 

• Our incredible space is the perfect location to host your next corporate event, private concert, conference, fundraiser or graduation. For more information about renting, please visit here.

Public Transportation: 

• CDTA provides bus service to Saratoga Springs and has stops relatively close to SPAC. Please check the CDTA schedule to make sure service will run following the end of each show.

Re-Entry: 

• Re-Entry is not permitted at Saratoga Performing Arts Center. Please ensure that everything you will need for the event is brought in with you. If you do leave at any point in the evening- you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket.

Recycling: 

• Saratoga Performing Arts Center participates in a venue wide recycling program. You will find recycling bins located though-out the venue. Please recycle where possible.

Restrooms: 

• Restrooms are located throughout the venue.

Scalping Tickets: 

• Scalping or reselling tickets is strictly prohibited on the property of the venue. Any guest caught selling tickets on property will be turned over to local law enforcement.

Security: 

Venue security and law enforcement are located throughout the facility to ensure a safe and secure environment. All security personnel are wearing white shirts and can assist with any questions or concerns. Please do not hesitate to contact our on-site staff if any assistance is needed.

When coming through the gates, please plan on security using metal detectors and/or a physical pat down for our search procedures. All bags are subject to inspection. If you have a medical reason for not wanting to be searched via metal detectors, please speak with the gate security supervisor and ask for medical assistance and they will give you an alternative to our metal detectors. Service Animals: 

• Like many venues and other large places of assembly, the Saratoga Performing Arts Center has a “no pets” policy. However, Live Nation’s policy explicitly permits guests with disabilities who use dogs as service animals. Saratoga Performing Arts Center’s policy, consistent with ADA’s revised guidelines, defines “service animal” as limited to a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the individual’s disability.

• Saratoga Performing Arts Center requires, consistent with the ADA, that service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents him or her from using these devices. Individuals who cannot use such devices must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal or other effective methods.

Smoking:

•  Smoking is not allowed within the pavilion/reserved seat areas. While we do not restrict smoking on the lawn, if guests around you are complaining we will ask you to smoke in the plazas. We appreciate your cooperation.

Sponsorship / Hand Outs: 

• All sponsorship inquiries should be directed to our office, please call 518-226-3444 and ask to speak with someone in sponsorship. Any handouts or presence on-site needs to be cleared with venue sponsorship. If you do not have permission to be on site you will be escorted off property.

Strollers: 

• For most shows, strollers are not permitted because there is nowhere for them to be stored. The lawn has an incline that makes it unsafe for strollers to be on the lawn. On certain shows, we have a designated family area where strollers can be used.

Tailgating: 

• No alcohol is allowed in the SPAC parking lots or the Spa State Park prior to or during a concert. Guests who are of legal age are able to purchase alcohol from each of the concessions stands within the SPAC grounds and will be allowed to move throughout the venue with their drinks including lawn and reserved seat locations. If you wish to purchase alcohol within the SPAC gates please make sure to bring your valid, picture ID. All guests will be ID'd at point of purchase for each transaction.

Taping: 

• Most artists do not allow audio recordings. However, some artists do allow audio recording so please contact us prior to the event you are attending to confirm if this will be allowed.

Uber & Lyft have arrived in Upstate New York. Download the Uber or Lyft app for an alternative way to get to Saratoga Performing Arts Center. All taxi/uber/lyft drop offs and pick ups should be directed to the Main Route 50 Parking Lot. Upon entering the parking lot, take an immediate right and follow the signs for the Ride Share location along the curb.

Traffic: 

• Traffic is controlled by local law enforcement and the venue. If there are any major traffic issues that will impact the start of the event we will post this information on our social media pages.

Umbrellas: 

• No metal tip or pointed umbrellas are permitted in the venue.

Upgrades: 

• Upgrades may be available through the Live Nation app, or onsite at the Guest Services tent in our concessions plaza.

VIP Club/Premium Parking: 

• The VIP Club at SPAC is located upstairs in the main concessions plaza of The Pines. Comfortable inside and outside seating and an enjoyable atmosphere while overseeing the beautiful landscape of SPAC. It offers premium private full bar service, wait service, and an exclusive VIP Club menu. Day of Show upgrades are available for purchase at the VIP Club Entrance when applicable.

VIP Parking: 

• The VIP lot is located behind the Roosevelt spa, turn right at the end of Roosevelt Drive. Guests must have a pass or be on the parking list to access these lots. Guests can enter through the avenue of the pines in either direction and turn onto Roosevelt Drive.  This parking lot is strictly for season ticket holders with a parking pass and does not include tour VIP packages.

Weather: 

• All shows will go on rain or shine. However, in the event of severe weather we will keep our fans notified via our social media pages.

An event may be delayed, postponed, or cancelled depending on the severity of the weather expected.

Will Call:

•  Will call tickets are available for pickup at the Route 50 box office which can be accessed from NYS Route 50 north or south. Please make sure that you have a photo ID matching the purchaser's name to pick up tickets. Any name changes need to go through Ticketmaster Customer Service- 800-653-8000. Guests are not permitted to put tickets in will call for other guests to pick up. You will need to arrange to meet your party at the facility to deliver tickets.

• If tickets or passes are being left for you, they will only be left at the Route 50 box office. This includes meet and greet passes, backstage passes, press passes, and tickets from the tour or other promotional company. We do not get these tickets until the day of the event close to the time gates open so please do not try to pick them up earlier. If your tickets/passes are not in will call you will need to contact the person that left them for you to determine where they are. The box office cannot contact any member of the tour for you.
