Know Before You Go
We can’t wait to see you back at The Echo! Here’s what to expect when you visit us again. *Keep an eye on our website and social media handles, as guidelines are subject to change.

Doors Time
Doors generally open one hour before the show's scheduled start time.
Bag Policy
The following bag policy is in place: Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search.
Mobile Ticketing
All our events will be Mobile Entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print.

Phone troubles? Visit the box office on event day for assistance. Be prepared to show your ID.
Cashless Payments
Our box office and bars are cashless. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Located in the heart of Echo Park, The Echo and Echoplex have two separate entrances.
The Echo entrance is located at 1822 Sunset Blvd.
The Echoplex entrance is located through the alley at 1154 Glendale Blvd.
There is ample street parking in the area and most meters end at 9 pm. There are public lots within walking distance of the venues located off of Sunset Blvd & Lemoyne. When parking in the neighborhood, keep an eye out for permit only parking signs.
By Car
From the 101 Freeway Southbound: Take Glendale Blvd. exit, turn left onto Temple and right onto Glendale Bvd., continue to Echo Park Blvd to Sunset Blvd.
From the 101 Freeway Northbound: Take Alvarado exit, turn left onto Alvarado, proceed to Sunset Blvd and turn right.
Go Metro
North Bound – Take the Metro line #2 to Alvarado / Montana
South Bound – Metro local line 92 to Glendale /Park or Metro Local line 4 to Sunset / Park.
Metro Bike Share: There are dozens of Metro Bike Share stations throughout L.A., offering convenient car-free access to Echo Park.
The box office will be open on day-of-show only. Tickets can be purchased from our website or at the box office while supplies last. Our box office is cashless, we accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Ticketing for Live Nation shows are handled exclusively through Ticketmaster. You can purchase tickets via phone at the Ticketmaster Service Line 1 (800) 745-3000 or online at www.ticketmaster.com.
Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources (StubHub, VividSeats, Craigslist) may be invalid, refunded, lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void.

FAQs
Do I need an I.D. to attend an event?
A valid I.D is required to attend any age restricted events. Please look at the event page for any restrictions by show.
To consume alcohol at The Echo, we’ll need to see some form of valid, non-expired U.S. government ID. State issued ID or Drivers License, or a Passport are acceptable forms of identification.
Please note that The Echo has a very strict underage drinking policy that follows state law, and if you do not have acceptable ID that states your age at 21 or older, you will be considered the same as a minor and will not be able to purchase, consume or possess alcohol in the venue. Violators will be removed from the building without warnings and will not be eligible for a refund.

Do children need a ticket?
All guests ages 3 and older need a ticket for entry. Please provide ear protection for children.
I bought tickets but can’t attend the event; can I get a refund?
Unless a show cancels or time changes more than two hours refunds are not available.
Is the venue ADA accessible?
Our venue can accommodate ADA seating and support for qualified patrons. If special assistance is required, reach out to our venue staff. We are more than happy to help.
Can I leave the venue and come back in?
In-and-outs are not permitted at our venue. Make sure you don't leave the venue unless you don't plan on coming back!
Can I smoke at The Echo?
Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor smoking areas.
I lost something!
If you lose an item while you are at an event – please email TheEcho@TheEcho.com to see if it has been turned in.
Are cameras allowed?
Professional cameras and/or cameras will detachable lenses are NOT allowed without a valid media pass. Personal point-and-shoot cameras or cellphones are OK.
How do I get a photo/press pass?
Please contact the artist you would like to photograph about getting a photo or press pass for their show at one of our venues.
