Doors
Doors generally open one hour before the show's scheduled start time.
Bag Policy
The following bag policy is in place: Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search.
Mobile Ticketing
All our events are Mobile Entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print.

Phone troubles? Visit the box office on event day for assistance. Be prepared to show your ID.
We're Cashless
Once in the venue, we only accept credit or debit payments.
Cash to card conversion will be available inside the lobby at Bag/Coat Check next to the Box Office. This transaction is dollar for dollar, without any service fees. Cards can be used anywhere that accepts Mastercard, inside or outside the venue and online.
Our box office is located in the main lobby inside of our venue. The box office is open only on show days. On show days, the box office will open 1 hour prior to door time. Our venue is cashless, we accept Visa, MasterCard Discover, and American Express payments. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, refunded, lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void and therefore not valid for entry. We recommend purchasing tickets directly via our box office, Ticketmaster or Live Nation only.
713 Music Hall offers ADA seating and additional accommodations (as needed) for those with disabilities. To inquire in advance, please contact the box office directly via email at 713BoxOffice@LiveNation.com or phone (832-204-6920) for further details. To inquire on-site/upon arrival, please arrive as early as possible to speak to a guest services or box office representative for further assistance.
FAQs
Can I upgrade my tickets the day of the show?
Absolutely! We are excited to help elevate your experience (As long as there are still VIP areas available). If you are interested in upgrading your tickets at the show, please locate the Box Suite Upgrade podium in the lobby and let our VIP hosts accommodate you!
Do you accept cash?

Do you have food and drinks available?
We have a variety of food & beverage options available for purchase, including quick grab items at all bars. For a more upscale selection, join us in the Lobos VIP Club at the Kashmere Lounge and Box Suites where our fans are guaranteed the ultimate VIP experience!
Non-alcoholic beverage options are available.
Do you offer coat/bag check?
For your convenience, we offer the service of bag/coat checking for an $8 fee; located next to the box office in the main lobby. Clear plastic sanitation bags will be provided if needed to carry belongings into the event

What are the age restrictions for events?
For an all-ages show, guests of all ages are welcome with an admission ticket. Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Age restricted shows will be notated when purchasing tickets. Please review or inquire about any age restrictions prior to purchasing tickets.
What is not allowed inside the venue?
No weapons or any other item that could be used to inflict harm.
No drugs, drug paraphernalia or illegal substances of any kind.
No professional audio, video, or audio recording equipment - (including detachable lenses, go pros, tripods, zooms or commercial use rigs)
No posters, banners, signs, etc. that could obstruct another fan’s view.
No outside food or beverages
No accessories or fashion that could inflict harm.
