• Alcohol

  Patrons of legal drinking age can purchase alcohol from our full service bars inside the venue. You are not permitted to bring alcholic beverages into the venue. All patrons who wish to drink must furnish a photo ID for age verification.

• Bag Policy

  The following bag policy is in place: Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search. No backpacks.

• Box Office

  Our box office is open on event days two (2) hours prior to doors opening. The box office accepts cash, Discover, VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.

  Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, refunded, lost, stolen, or counterfiet, and if so are void.

• Camera Policy

  Professional photography, videography, and audio recording is not permitted at our shows, though some performers permit non-professional point and shoot cameras, provided they are used without flash. Professional photography equipment (with detachable or zoom lenses or a lens that extends more than 1 inch from the camera) is never permitted without and appropriate media or photo pass.

• Can I buy tickets to shows at other venues at the Fillmore Silver Spring box office?

  No. Tickets are available only for shows at The Fillmore Silver Spring. To purchase tickets for other venues, please visit Live Nation online at www.livenation.com, Ticketmaster online at www.ticketmaster.com or call 800-551-7328.

• Guests with Disabilities/ADA Accessibility

  The Fillmore Silver Spring strives to ensure that all of our guests have a great time at our venue. If you need additional assistance while you are here please make sure you let us know.

  Guests with disabilities can reach out to fillmoress.boxoffice@livenation.com or call the box office at (301) 960-9997 to make us aware of the show and date that assistance will be needed. On the show day, please make our door or security staff aware of your needs and we will assist you in any way we can.

• How can I get the band to announce a special occasion for me from the stage?

  Artists typically will not be able to accommodate specific requests, out of fairness to all fans. Please do not contact the venue with this type of request.

• How do I buy tickets?

  To purchase tickets for events at The Fillmore Silver Spring you have several options:

• I know the show is sold out, but I really, really want to come. What can I do?

  All patrons must have a ticket to attend a show at The Fillmore Silver Spring. Our capacity is set by local authorities based on local adaptation of the local fire code and building code and we cannot allow additional patrons to attend. To check if tickets are available, please contact Ticketmaster online at ticketmaster.com.

• Metro Information

  The Fillmore Silver Spring is a short walk from the Silver Spring Metro Station accessible via the Red Line train.

• Parking

  There are many public garages located in Downtown Silver Spring. A list of Silver Spring parking facilities can be found here.  

• Photo Passes & Interviews

  Press requests can be submitted at LiveNation.com/PressRequests. The Fillmore Silver Spring is not responsible for scheduling interviews or arranging for photo passes as we do not represent the band.

• Re-Entry

  Re-entry is not permitted at The Fillmore Silver Spring. Please ensure that everything you will need for the event is brought in with you. If you leave at any point in the evening you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket.

• Restricted Items

  Items ALLOWED to be brought in to the venue:

  • Clear pastic, vinyl, or PVC clear bags (maximum size: 12”6”12”)
  • Small clutch bags approximately the size of a hand (maximum size: 4.5”x6.5”)
  • Non-professional/still cameras
  • Cell phones
  • Hats
  • Sealed packs of cigarettes
  • Earplugs
  • Sunglasses

  Items NOT ALLOWED to be brought in to the venue include, but are not limited to:

  • NO backpacks
  • NO non-clear large purses or bags
  • NO posters larger than 8.5”x11”
  • NO outside food or beverages
  • NO flags
  • NO illegal substances
  • NO drugs or drug paraphernalia (we will allow prescription medication in the original bottle with a name and matching ID)
  • NO weapons of any kind (including firearms, pocket knives, pepper spray, fireworks, tasers, etc. Law enforcement and security guards are Not Permitted to carry in the venue)
  • NO open packs of cigarettes (upon entry)
  • NO unsealed tampons (upon entry)
  • NO pets (service animals actively performing service will be permitted)
  • NO laser points
  • NO LED gloves or LED microlights used for light shows
  • NO glowsticks
  • NO pacifiers
  • NO eye drops
  • NO glass, cans, cups, or coolers
  • NO markers, pens, or spray paint
  • NO large chains or spiked accessories
  • NO stickers or flyers
  • NO balloons, balls, inflatable balls, or frisbees
  • NO tents, umbrellas, chairs, or blankets
  • NO candy bracelets/candy necklaces
  • NO helmets
  • NO Camelbacks or Bota Bags
  • NO stuffed animals or dolls
  • NO professional recording equipment for photo, video, or audio (NO detachable lenses, tripod, big zooms, or commercial use rigs)
  • NO video cameras, selfie sticks, or GoPros
  • NO toy weapons or real weapons of any kind

  Attendees who attempt to present a fake ID at our venue will not be permitted to attend the show and will not be offered a refund. Items permitted in the venue are subject to management discretion.

• Smoking/Vaping

  This is a smoke free facility. There is a smoking area accessible through the main lobby that is outside.

• Will Call Tickets

  Please be sure to bring a photo ID and your Ticketmaster confirmation with you to the box office if you have Will Call tickets. The name on the ID must match the name on your Ticketmaster order.
