Day of Show

Coming to a show? Here's a few things to know before you go!

Due to Riverside's Festival of Lights, traffic may be heavy and parking limited through the months of November & December. We highly encourage early arrival, rideshare, and carpooling. Please visit https://riversideca.gov/publicworks/content/downtown-parking to learn about parking around the venue. Please account for enough time to travel and park to ensure prompt arrival.

Door Time

Ticketed time is when guests should arrive and the doors will open for all events.

Parking

There is limited street parking near our venue. For a map of Riverside parking, please see here.

Bag Policy

The following bag policy is in place: Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search.

Mobile Ticketing

All our events will be Mobile Entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print.

Items ALLOWED to be brought in to the venue:

Bags no larger than 12" x 6" x 12"
Cameras – nonprofessional only, no detachable or external zoom lenses
Signs 8.5" x 11" or smaller only
Water – up to 24oz in a factory-sealed plastic bottle (Not frozen)
Vape pens/E-cigarettes (NO refill juice/extra tanks)

Items NOT ALLOWED to be brought in to the venue include but are not limited to:

Weapons of any kind (including pepper spray)
Alcohol
Illegal drugs/substances
Glass containers
Cans and aluminum water containers
Large or oversized bags/backpacks, such as luggage, duffel bags, or industrial/camping-sized backpacks or anything larger than 12"x6"x12"
Laser pointers
Animals (except service animals)
Blankets
Lighters/Matches
Aerosol cans
Strollers/Skateboards/Bicycles
Large metal key chains
Wallets with chains or chain accessories
Spikes/Chains/Cuts
Open containers of any kind

Live Nation reserves the right to adjust Riverside Municipal Auditorium policies at its sole discretion or the discretion of artists without any prior notice.

Can I leave the venue and come back in?

Re-entry is not permitted at our venue. Make sure you don't leave the venue unless you don't plan on coming back.
