Coming to a show? Here's a few things to know before you go!
Due to Riverside's Festival of Lights, traffic may be heavy and parking limited through the months of November & December. We highly encourage early arrival, rideshare, and carpooling. Please visit https://riversideca.gov/publicworks/content/downtown-parking to learn about parking around the venue. Please account for enough time to travel and park to ensure prompt arrival.
Door Time
Ticketed time is when guests should arrive and the doors will open for all events.
*For comedy events, doors open 1 hour prior to the show.
Parking
There is a parking garage and limited street parking next to our venue. For a full view of parking options in Riverside, please see here.
Bag Policy
The following bag policy is in place: Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search.
Mobile Ticketing
All our events will be Mobile Entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print.

Phone troubles? Visit the box office on event day for assistance. Be prepared to show your ID.
Cashless Payments
Cashless payments will be available at all points of sale and are recommended
Our Box Office is located at 3801 Mission Inn Avenue directly in the front of the venue and is open exclusively on show days one hour before the listed door time.

Are there any food and drinks at the venue?
Our concessions offers soft pretzels, nachos, hot dogs, and popcorn and a variety of beer, wine, and cocktail options.
Additional appetizers and drink options are offered in our Encore Club. To join us in the Encore Club, please visit our Upgrades Tab.
Can I leave the venue and come back in?
Re-entry is not permitted at our venue. Make sure you don't leave the venue unless you don't plan on coming back.
