- To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, we have implemented the following bag policy: we will allow clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small wristlet-style clutch bags (6”x 9”). No cross-body or fanny pack straps on non-clear clutches, please. No other bags of any type will be allowed.
- All events are mobile entry only. Please download your tickets to your phone using the Live Nation app at home before driving to the venue. Get more info at livenation.com/venuemobileticketing.
- All points of sale will only accept credit, debit or mobile pay (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay). In the event you are not carrying a credit or debit card, staff will be available on site at the Guest Services Booth in the Front Plaza to exchange cash for card, dollar for dollar, without any service fees.

Pay-to-park: is available at Soldier Field's North Parking Garage at the average lot opening time (approximately 1 hour before venue gates open). Please visit www.soldierfieldparking.com to pre-pay for parking and see all options, pricing, and times available for each event.
VIP Parking: is also available as an upgrade at www.livenation.com (separate from your ticket) and is located within the Adler Planetarium Lot (between our main gate and the Adler Planetarium). VIP Parking offers you parking just outside the venue gates! Message boards will direct you to where VIP Parking is still available when you enter the Museum Campus. If you have a VIP Parking pass, please show these to the Traffic Management Authorities, and they will direct you as needed. Additional fees may be associated with an early entry into the pay-to-park locations. Please check the specific event page, as these times are subject to change.
Oversized Vehicles: including buses, campers, RVs, and limousines – can drop off and pick up on the westbound lanes (north) side of Solidarity for standard shows. Please note the drop-off and pick-up locations are subject to change without prior notice directed by the Traffic Management Authority. Parking is available for buses, campers, RVs, and limousines in the Adler Planetarium Lot. There is a limited amount of bus/RV parking at the Planetarium. Please reserve your spot ahead of time by pre-purchasing online at www.soldierfieldparking.com. Parking for bus/RV will not be available on-site without a pre-paid voucher. There is no overnight parking permitted. Please note the drop-off and pick-up locations are subject to change without prior notice directed by the Traffic Management Authority.

We will have a very limited number of seats available on the day of the show for such issues, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to seat you. Please remember that accessible seating permits for the guest with the accessible need and one companion.
- Interpreter Requests- If you will need an interpreter for an event, please give us at least 2 weeks notice to secure. Guests that request an interpreter will need to pick up their tickets at will call. When the tickets are picked up we will introduce you to your interpreter for the evening and take you to your seats. There is no charge for interpreter services. Please call 312-288-3190 to arrange for an interpreter for your visit.
- Hearing Assistance- Guests who require assisted listening devices can contact our venue office to arrange for a device before the event. Please give us at least 2 days' notice.
- Accommodations- The venue has designated ADA restrooms on-site. They are located on the north and south ends of the beachside run of bathrooms and the grandstand's west side (Linn White Dr. side). There is also a private ADA restroom within the main trailer of the VIP patio. All concession stands and merchandise locations are accessible as well.

Overnight parking, camping, tailgating, and consumption of alcohol are not permitted in any parking lots.
Is there a lawn?
Our lawn is only open for designated shows and will appear on the seat map for these shows.
For shows that have the lawn open, lawn space is always first come, first served. Guests may notice a row or seat number on their lawn ticket, but that is only used for tracking purposes. There are no assigned seats on the lawn.
Lawn chairs are NOT permitted when the lawn is in use.
What is your alcohol policy?
We do not permit any outside alcoholic beverages to be brought into the venue. However, we offer a wide variety of alcoholic beverages for purchase once inside the venue! A valid and current Driver License or State ID card is required to purchase alcohol, and guests will be required to show their ID every time they purchase.
What is your bag policy?
Bags must be clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags (6”x 9”). All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue, you will be asked to return them to your vehicle.
Do you have bicycle parking?
We do! A bike rack is available just outside Gate 1 for all shows. All bicycles must be removed at the end of the night. Live Nation is not responsible for any lost or stolen bicycles.
Some events may have a bike corral located on Linn White Drive just north of the venue. Check the Day of Show info tab for specific show information related to this being available.
Can I bring a camera to the show?
SUBJECT TO CHANGE - The standard venue policy allows camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras. Any camera that has a detachable lens will be considered professional and not allowed in. If the camera lens zooms out of the camera more than 1 inch, it will be considered a professional camera and will not be allowed in. Some artists do not permit cameras so please check back for the show you will be attending to ensure that we will be allowing cameras in.
If you have a camera not allowed into the venue, please return the camera to your vehicle. We do NOT have an item check-in on site.
Can I camp out for a show?
We do not allow camping or overnight parking of any kind.
What happens if my show cancels?
Cancellations will only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancellation, or an act of God. In the event of a cancellation, local media will be notified, and any information about a potential reschedule will be made available. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase.
Are children permitted?
All of our events are all ages. Children 2 and under do not require a ticket, but must sit on a parent's lap. Please note that strollers are not permitted into the venue.
Are firearms permitted?
Huntington Bank Pavilion at Northerly Island does not allow weapons of any kind on or around the venue. Guests should follow all applicable laws regarding securing a weapon in a vehicle if they have it on them when they arrive. The venue will not secure weapons and will not take responsibility for any weapons left in vehicles.
What concessions are available?
Huntington Bank Pavilion at Northerly Island offers a wide variety of high-quality concession options through Legends Hospitality - our on-site concession management company - that are either plant-based or humanely raised. Join us for dinner and drinks before a show or grab a snack in between acts!

What methods of payment are accepted?
All main concession stands take Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. All merchandise stands take all major credit cards.
To enable a contactless experience, we've gone cashless. While we accept credit or debit cards, if you have cash, you can convert this to a card via Cash to Card. Convert your cash, dollar for dollar with no charges or service fees, to a prepaid debit card at our Guest Services booth located at the base of the VIP Club. This prepaid debit card can be used outside the venue as well.
Can I bring my own water to the venue?
For most events, guests can bring in one (1) factory-sealed water bottle up to one gallon; refillable plastic water bottles are also allowed. Camelbacks are not permitted.
Water Refill Stations are located near the administration office inside Gate 1.
Where can I drop someone off for a concert?
Guests can be dropped off on Solidarity Drive near the Adler Planetarium. This will also be the pick-up location; vehicles must be in place 30 minutes before the show’s end.
For Expanded Lawn Shows – Guests may be dropped off in the turnarounds on McFetridge Drive in front of the Field Museum.
How do you handle emergencies?
In an emergency, while on-site - Huntington Bank Pavilion at Northerly Island has trained paramedics to assist with any medical issues. First Aid is located inside Gate 1, next to the Administration Office, but any staff member with a radio can dispatch First Aid to the location needed. Chicago Police are on-site during events. Huntington Bank Pavilion at Northerly Island works closely with the City of Chicago to ensure we are updated on any dangerous weather or potential crowd-related issues. In a weather emergency, we will communicate with guests inside the facility and guests on their way to the venue. Please follow our social media pages for the latest developments on event days:

Is there a way to get into the venue earlier, or skip the line?
For select events, guests can purchase Fast Lane passes via www.livenation.com for each event. This allows first access when the gates open; then once the line clears, it is open for general public access. Fast Lane Gates are located at the far left of Gate 1 for all shows and to the far left for Gates 2 and 3 for expanded shows. Note: You must still have a ticket for the event itself - Fast Lane passes do not solely grant you access to the event.
What time do you open the gates?
Parking lots will generally open 1 hour prior to our scheduled gate time. Gate times vary, but are usually 1 hour prior to show time. Please check the specific event page as these times are subject to change.
Can you accommodate groups?
If you have a large party that will be attending the show and are interested in hospitality options, please contact our Premium Seating Department at 312-540-2180. Premium Seating sells all VIP boxes at the venue that can accommodate larger parties than the standard ticket limit.
Is there a lost & found?
If you lose an item while you are at an event you can visit our Guest Service Kiosk located at the VIP club or our Guest Services Office located at the main gate to see if it has been turned in.
Retrieving an item after a show: Please visit our virtual lost and found. You can communicate with us immediately and set up a time to pick up your item! Don't want to come back to pick up your item? No problem - you can set up shipping right from the website. Just click here to view the virtual lost and found.
You can also call us at 312-288-3190 to inquire about your lost items and set up a time to pick up any found belongings.
What can I do if my tickets were lost or stolen?
Please report any lost or stolen tickets to Ticketmaster as soon as you know they are missing or destroyed. Should you have any issues with your tickets or would like us to print tickets for a fee, please visit our Box Office. Please note that we can only accommodate reprints for tickets purchased from a Ticketmaster/Live Nation authorized retailer.
Where can I direct press/media requests?
All media requests must be be submitted at least a week in advance on the PR Portal - click here for access.
Where can I go for medical assistance?
First Aid is located next to Administration, just inside Gate 1. We have trained medical personnel that can assist with any issue you encounter or needs you may have. In addition, we have ambulances on-site throughout the event that can transport guests if needed. If you have a condition that requires you to use a needle for medication while you are here, please do so in our medical office so the syringe can be properly disposed of.
It is recommended that guests bringing medication into the venue also bring with them the original container and/or prescription label. Prescription documentation or confirmation may be requested of the guest for examination and verification by venue staff or security. Breast pumping equipment is permitted into the venue but must be in a separate bag and subject to a medical bag check.
Do you have VIP Seating or other amenities?
Yes, and we think you'll love our VIP Club!
The VIP Club is a dual-level club with an outside patio for our season ticket holders and fans that purchase upgrades. The club will open at doors and remain open up to 1 hour after the event has ended. VIP Club Guests will have access to our high-end restroom facilities, quick access to 2 bars to purchase premium liquor and beer, and comfy lounge seating. A limited number of VIP Club passes may be available for select shows on our Upgrades tab or by scanning the QR code outside the club.

For select shows, we also offer VIP Parking! VIP Parking is located within the Adler Planetarium Lot off South Linn White Drive. An additional fee at www.livenation.com for the select show will allow guests to park up close to the venue gates. Please note that exiting the lot may be slightly delayed during some events to allow pedestrian traffic to clear from Museum Campus.
Can I host a private event at Huntington Bank Pavilion?

Can I take public transportation to the venue?
The Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) offers direct bus service that connects to Huntington Bank Pavilion. The bus service routes to Metra stations and all CTA train lines. For more information on CTA train and bus lines, visit the Chicago Transit Authority website or call the Regional Transportation Authority at 312-836-7000 for convenient stations near Huntington Bank Pavilion at Northerly Island.
For Expanded Lawn Shows – CTA Buses will drop off and pickup Guests at the transportation center located within the East Museum Lot.
If I leave the venue, can I come back in?
Re-Entry is not permitted at Huntington Bank Pavilion at Northerly Island. Please ensure that everything you will need for the event is brought in with you. If you do leave at any point in the evening, you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket.
Do you recycle?
Huntington Bank Pavilion at Northerly Island participates in a venue-wide recycling program. You will find recycling bins located throughout the venue. Please recycle where possible.
Can I sell my extra tickets out front?
Scalping or reselling tickets is strictly prohibited on the property of the venue. Any guest caught selling tickets on property will be turned over to local law enforcement.
Does the venue have security?
Venue security and law enforcement are located throughout the facility to ensure a safe and secure environment. All security personnel are wearing white shirts and can assist with any questions or concerns. Please do not hesitate to contact our on-site staff if any assistance is needed.

What security procedures should I expect when entering?
When coming through the gates, please plan on security using metal detectors and/or a physical pat-down for our search procedures. All bags are subject to inspection. If you have a medical reason for not wanting to be searched via metal detectors, please visit our First Aid station Next to the Administration Office and they will give you an alternative to our metal detectors.
Where can I smoke or vape?
Designated smoking areas are in the plaza and lawn area (when the lawn is open). While we do not restrict smoking in other areas, if guests around you are complaining, we will ask you to smoke in the plazas. We appreciate your cooperation.
Can I leave materials around about my company, or sponsor the venue?
All sponsorship inquiries should be directed to our office - please call 312-540-2200 and ask to speak with someone in sponsorship. Any handouts or presence on site needs to be cleared with venue sponsorship. If you do not have permission to be on site you will be escorted off property.
Where do I go for taxis / ride-share?
The taxi pick-up and drop-off location will be near the Adler Planetarium.
Drop–off and pick-up will be at the Field Museum turnaround before and after the event for Expanded Lawn Shows.
Uber pick-up is located on McFetridge in front of the Field Museum.
How can I purchase a ticket upgrade?

Do you have video screens to help me see the show?
Huntington Bank Pavilion has two 18' x 27' front projection screens on stage left and stage right.
For Expanded Shows - an additional 22' x 40' LED wall will be hung behind the spotlight towers located at the back of the 300 level for optimal viewing on the lawn.
What happens in the event of inclement weather?
All shows will go on rain or shine. However, in the event of severe weather, we will keep our fans notified via our social media pages.

An event may be delayed, postponed, or canceled depending on the severity of the weather expected.
How does will call work?
Will Call tickets are available for pick-up at the Box Office located outside Gate 1. Please make sure you have a photo ID matching the purchaser's name to pick up tickets. Any name changes need to go through Ticketmaster Customer Service- 800-653-8000.
Guests cannot put tickets in Will Call for other guests to pick up. Therefore, you will need to arrange to meet your party at the facility to deliver tickets.
If tickets or passes are left for you - they will only be left at the Box Office. This includes Meet-and-Greet Passes, Backstage Passes, Press Passes, and Tickets from the tour or other promotional companies. We do not get these tickets until the day of the event close to doors, so please do not try to pick them up earlier. If your tickets/passes are not in Will Call, you will need to contact the person that left them for you to determine where they are. The Box Office cannot contact any member of the tour for you.
