The Xfinity Center (originally the Great Woods Center for the Performing Arts, and commonly Great Woods) is an outdoor Amphitheatre located in Mansfield, Massachusetts. The venue opened during the summer of 1986 with a capacity of 12,000. It was expanded in 1994 to 19,900; 7,000 reserved seats, 7,000 open-air seats and 5,900 general admission seats. The concert season for the venue is typically from mid-May until late September. In 2010, the Xfinity Center was named Top Grossing Amphitheater by Billboard. Coming to a show? Here's a few things to know before you go!
To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, we have implemented the following bag policy: we will allow CLEAR plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than (12” x 6” x 12”) and/or small clutch bags (6”x 9”). No other bags of any type will be allowed.
Mobile Ticketing
All our events will be Mobile Entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print.

BLUE LOT:
Tired from all that rocking out? Get home faster with Xfinity BLUE LOT! Located directly across the street from the Xfinity Center (888 South Main Street), the BLUE LOT offers the fastest and easiest exit of any venue lot after a show! Just a 10-minute walk from the front gates, the BLUE LOT is the first parking lot to clear and will have you back home in no time. Space is extremely limited, reserve your space today by visiting the Parking/VIP Club Upgrades page. THIS IS NOT A CONCERT TICKET.
GREEN LOT
Purchase of a Green Lot parking pass includes a parking spot within close walking distance to the venue. Limited number of spaces. Autos only. This is NOT a concert ticket.
OVERSIZED VEHICLE LOT
For all events, oversized vehicles will be directed to park in a designated lot, this lot will be paid only for a fee of $150. Oversized vehicles constitute any vehicle that is oversized per the discretion of Live Nation parking staff and is to include but not limited to: RV’s, campers and large sprinter vans.
The box office at Xfinity Center will be open day-of-show only starting at 1pm until the headliner hits the stage. If you’d like to purchase tickets, please visit us at www.livenation.com. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, refunded, lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void and therefore not valid for entry. We recommend purchasing tickets directly via our box office, Ticketmaster or Live Nation only.

ARRIVAL & ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCES
All main entrances to Xfinity Center are accessible. The path from the main entrance to the covered seating areas and the lawn is accessible by wheelchair, but is also uphill and approximately 200-300ft long, depending on the path you choose to take. Visit our Guest Services booth at the main entrance if assistance is needed to reach your seat.

TICKETING
You can buy ADA tickets online – no need to call the box office. To find tickets in the Accessible Seating Area of Xfinity Center, select the Filters icon on the upper right of the ticket page where you see available tickets. You will be shown your seat location once the ticket is selected. Look for the show accessible tickets on the Tickets page to view all available accessible seats. There’s accessible seating in every price range. Try to buy ADA tickets in advance so you secure a seat – there’s limited availability on the day of an event.
ACCESSIBLE PARKING
Accessible Parking is located outside the main ticket gates. Please show the parking staff your placard and they will direct you to this lot. Please be advised that parking is limited. When you park, please have your placard visible.
DROP OFFS & RIDESHARE
When you arrive to the venue, please let the parking staff know that you are dropping someone off and need to drop off in the Accessible Lot rather than the drop off zone in Lot 1. Guests cannot remain in their vehicles during the event. All guests must drop off and return by 9:00pm. No incoming traffic will be allowed after 1 hour before the end of the show. Our traffic plan does not allow for incoming traffic after the show.
MEDICATION NEEDS
If you need to enter with prescribed medication to be taken during the event, we require that all medication be in its original container with a name that is verifiable with a photo ID. If you do not have a container with a name on it, we may request documentation that allows us to confirm the need for this medication as you enter the venue. Please only bring what is required for the duration of the event. We do not have the ability to store any type of medication. Over the counter medication must be in its original packaging.
DIETARY NEEDS
Xfinity Center takes pride in offering a variety of choices for guests with special dietary needs. You may request to speak with a member of our Food & Beverage team with specific questions or concerns. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requests, we cannot guarantee that they will be able to meet all requests.
SERVICE ANIMALS
At Xfinity Center, we have specific guidelines to ensure all guests and their service animals are supported throughout their visit.
Service animals are defined by the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) as dogs or miniature horses that are trained to do work to perform tasks related to people with disabilities. The work or task the service animal is trained to do must directly relate to the person's disability. Service animals must be housebroken. Service animals are required to behave and not repeatedly bark, growl, jump up on or lunge at other guests or employees. Corrective action must be taken if the service animal is not behaving appropriately.
Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Comfort animals, emotional support animals, and therapy dogs are not listed as service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA. This also applies to the other species of animals wild or domestic, trained, or untrained. The ADA requires the service animal to be under the control of the handler. This may include using a harness, leash, or other tether. Our venue employees are not required to provide for, the care, or supervision of a service animal, including cleaning up after it. Service Animals must remain on the floor and are not allowed on dining chairs or tables in our food and beverage locations. Live Nation and our operating partners have the right to deny access to a dog that disrupts our operations.
Please contact a member of the guest services team if your service animal needs access to a relief area. You will need to exit the venue and re-enter with the assistance of a member of the guest service team.
SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETATION
Xfinity Center offers sign language interpretation upon request only. Requests for interpreters must be received at least two weeks before the event date.
Please make your request by email to xfinityguestservices@livenation.com and include how many in your party need interpretation and the ticket type you have. Interpretation requests are subject to the availability of an interpreter. Accommodations will be made in or around the same section as the purchased ticket.
ASSISTIVE LISTENING DEVICES
Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs) technology in Xfinity Center is powered by Listen Everywhere Technology™. This allows you to use your mobile device and headphones as your personal ALD. If you do not wish to use your device, please see the west information booth to get a receiver. A photo ID is required to be held until the device is returned at the end of the event. Alcohol
Delaware North Sportservices is the exclusive food & beverage provider at the Xfinity Center. To purchase alcoholic beverages, a patron must present one of the following forms of identification.
A valid Massachusetts issued Driver’s License, which indicates that the patron is at least 21 years of age.
A valid Massachusetts issued Liquor Identification Card, which indicates that the patron is at least 21 years of age.
A valid Massachusetts issued Identification Card, which indicates that the patron is at least 21 years of age.
A valid United States issued Passport Identification Booklet, or a valid United States issued Passport Card, which indicates that the patron is at least 21 years of age. *All other passports not issued by the United States government must have a United States Custom Stamp, printed in English and indicate that the patron is at least 21 years of age or older.
A valid United States issued Military Identification Card, which indicates that the patron is at least 21 years of age.
Any guests under the age of 26 with a valid out of state drivers license or state ID card must have their identification verified via electronic ID check at venue guest services. Any guests under the age of 26 with a valid passport or military ID must also produce another form of identification (such as a credit card, with a signature to compare signatures), which substantiates the person's identity.
Any patron in the possession of alcoholic beverages on premises may be requested at any time to produce valid identification which must satisfy the foregoing requirements. No refunds will be offered for confiscated alcoholic beverages. Any patron who presents false identification or who passes alcohol to a minor may be subject to eviction and arrest. Any patron who passes alcohol to another patron who is unable to provide an acceptable form of identification as listed above may be subject to eviction. We will not serve more than two alcoholic beverages to a patron at one time and we reserve the right to limit service to one drink per patron. Our alcohol service will end at least one hour prior to the scheduled end of an event. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of alcohol at any time. We will not serve any patron whom we believe to be intoxicated. Alcoholic beverages may not be taken into or removed from these premises. Any patron in possession of alcoholic beverages not obtained on premises will be subject to eviction. Delaware North Sportservices retains the right to refuse any ID, and to refuse/cease service to any patron at any time. Our policies are in place for your protection, as well as ours.

Bag Policy
Only clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags no larger than 6”x9” are permitted into the venue. No other bags of any type will be allowed. All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue, guests have the option to bring them back to their car or leave them at our Bag Check, located to the left of the front gates.
Banners & Signs
Banners, Signs, and Flags are not permitted into the venue.
Box Office
The Box Office at the Xfinity Center is only open on show days beginning at 1pm and will close at approximately the start of the show as determined by the artist. Bus Parking
Buses are parked in the oversized vehicle lot at the Xfinity Center. Buses that will be dropping off guests can leave the parking lot but must return by 9:00 pm. All buses are subject to be boarded by our security staff to ensure no underage drinking is taking place on the bus. If there is any underage drinking- the whole bus will be turned around and no one will be able to enter the event. The venue will not issue refunds and bears no expense that will be incurred due to non-admittance. Mansfield Police Department will be on-site assisting in the bus lot to ensure all guests on buses are acting appropriately and within accordance of the law. Bus Lot parking availability is subject to change based on event. Please visit the parking options on the specific event to purchase bus parking (oversized vehicle parking) for $150.
Camera Policy
SUBJECT TO CHANGE - The standard venue policy allows camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras. Any camera that has a detachable lens will be considered professional and will not be allowed in. If the camera lens zooms out of the camera more than 1 inch, it will be considered a professional camera and will not be allowed in. Some artists do not permit cameras so please check back for the show you will be attending to ensure that we will be allowing cameras in.
Camping
The venue does not allow camping or overnight parking of any kind. Vehicles parked overnight will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancellation, or an act of God. In the event of a cancellation, local media will be notified and any information about a potential reschedule will be made available. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase. In the event of severe weather or show cancellations, please check our social media pages periodically for live updates.

Children
All our events are all ages. Children 2 and under do not require a ticket but must sit on a parent's lap. Strollers and wagons are not allowed in the venue.
Lost Children Prevention wristbands are located at the Guest Services Kiosk upon request.
Conceal and Carry
Xfinity Center does not allow weapons of any kind on our property. The venue will not secure weapons.

Drinking Water
Guests are permitted to bring in one (1) factory sealed bottle of water up to one-gallon in size. This policy is subject to change based on artist requests or safety considerations. Empty, refillable plastic water bottles are permitted. Camelbacks and aluminum bottles are not permitted.
Water stations are located outside each public restroom building.
Drop Offs/Rideshare
When you arrive to the venue, please let the parking staff know that you are dropping someone off and they will direct you to the drop-off lot, Lot 3. Emergency
Xfinity Center has trained paramedics on-site to assist with any medical issues. First aid is located in the Second Stage area, off of the Lotside concourse, but any staff member with a radio can dispatch paramedics to the location needed. Local law enforcement officers are also on site for every event and can assist if needed or requested. Venue management works closely with all appropriate emergency agencies and services to ensure that we are up to date on any dangerous weather or potential crowd related issues. In the event of a weather emergency, we will communicate with guests that are inside of the facility as well as guests on their way to the venue. Entrance Gates
The main gates to the facility are available for entrance regardless of your ticket type.
There is a Fast Lane gate located to the right of the main gates, in front of the box office. You must have a Fast Lane pass to utilize this gate.
Premium seating clients have a separate entry gate located to the right of the main gates, next to the box office. All guests using this gate must be premium seating clients and have the appropriate ticket.
For shows with a GA Pit, those with GA Pit tickets can use the general security lanes and will enter through Ticket Gate 10, located at the main entrance.
Fan Mail
Xfinity Center will do our best to get any fan mail sent to the venue to the appropriate parties. We cannot guarantee that any package or letter will be given to an artist. We recommend visiting the artist's website and sending any items to the designated address listed. We are not responsible for returning anything that is sent to the venue for an artist.
Fast Lane
Beat the lines, get in first! Guests can purchase Fast Lane passes via www.livenation.com for select events. The Fast Lane passes allow our guests to be the first ones admitted into the venue. Guests holding a Fast Lane pass can beat the security line to enter the venue. The Fast Lane entrance is located to the right of the main ticket gates. This is not a ticket to enter the parking lot. This ticket is not an event ticket and requires an additional ticket to gain entry to the show.
Food & Drinks
Outside food & beverages are not allowed except for one (1) sealed water bottle and one (1) clear gallon-sized bag for snacks. There will be a wide variety of dinner and beverage options available for purchase on-site.
Group Ticket Sales
Xfinity Center does not offer group ticket sales. If you have a large party that will be attending the show, the only option would be to contact our Premium Seating Department at 508-452-8060. Premium Seating sells all VIP boxes, suites, and clubs at the venue that can accommodate larger parties than the standard ticket limit.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with venue policy, state and local laws. Any guest that is acting in a manner that venue management deems unsafe can be subject to eviction. If a guest violates a state or local law, they will be subject to any tickets or punishment deemed necessary by local law enforcement. We reserve the right to deny entry to any guest for any reason or no reason.

Lawn Seating
The lawn seating is a general admission area behind the reserved pavilion seats. This area is not covered and therefore, is exposed to the elements. The grass is sloped for optimum viewing angles.
Smoking is prohibited in this area.
Lawn chair rentals and blanket sales are available and can be reserved on livenation.com or on-site at the sheds located in the top corners of the lawn. Lawn chairs may not be brought in the venue; however, blankets are permitted.
Lawn chairs are available for rent for most shows and must be turned in at the end of the event. Our rental chairs are 27.6” wide X 27.6” deep X 30.5” tall. No other chairs are permitted inside the venue. To rent a lawn chair in advance, click on the "UPGRADES AVAILABLE" dropdown on our upgrade page and select "Lawn Chair Rental".
Please see a member of our staff if you require a modified lawn chair. Modified chairs are limited in availability and given on a first-come-first-served basis only. No reservations are allowed
Lost and Found
If you lose an item while you are at an event, you can visit our Guest Service Kiosk located at the main ticket gates or email XfinityGuestServices@LiveNation.com where you can communicate with us immediately and set up a time to pick up your item.
Lost or Stolen Tickets
Please report any lost or stolen tickets to Ticketmaster as soon as you are aware they are missing or destroyed. Guests can visit the box office with their photo ID to have their ticket printed or resent to them digitally if needed.
Medical Assistance
First Aid is located by the Second Stage area, off the Lotside concourse. We have trained medical personnel that are able to assist with any issue you encounter. If you have medication that you need stored in a refrigerator, please go to the First Aid area and our medical staff will assist you. If you have a condition that requires you to use a needle for medication while you are here, please do so in our First Aid area so the syringe can be properly disposed of.
Merchandise
Merchandise will be available for all concerts at our Merchandise stands which are located on both the Lotside and Woodside concourses. For Festival shows, there will be merchandise located throughout the facility and sold by various vendors. All concert gear is property of the artist, and the venue has no responsibility related to the craftsmanship or style of any merchandise. Please make sure you check that you have the correct size and there are no defects in the item before you walk away from the stand. The venue cannot assist with replacing or refunding any merchandise after the event has ended.
Overnight Parking
There is no overnight parking permitted at the venue. Any unauthorized vehicles on-site prior to an event or after an event will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Oversized Vehicles
For all events, oversized vehicles will be directed to park in a designated lot, and be required to purchase oversized vehicle parking for $150 (in advance is strongly encouraged). Oversized vehicles constitute any vehicle that is oversized per the discretion of Live Nation parking staff and is to include but not limited to: RV’s, campers and large sprinter vans.
Parking
Parking at the Xfinity Center is free. To upgrade your parking, please purchase a premier parking ticket on livenation.com, or day-of-show if still available. For all upgrades available, visit livenation.com.
RED LOT (formerly Premier Lot):
Purchase of a Red Lot parking pass includes a parking spot within close walking distance to the venue and preferred access while exiting after the show. Limited number of spaces. All spots must have a vehicle. No spots held for tailgating- Autos only. THIS IS NOT A CONCERT TICKET.
BLUE LOT:
Tired from all that rocking out? Get home faster with Xfinity BLUE LOT! Located directly across the street from the Xfinity Center (888 South Main Street), the BLUE LOT offers the fastest and easiest exit of any venue lot after a show! Just a 10-minute walk from the front gates, the BLUE LOT is the first parking lot to clear and will have you back home in no time. Space is extremely limited, reserve your space today by visiting the Parking/VIP Club Upgrades page. THIS IS NOT A CONCERT TICKET.
GREEN LOT
Purchase of a Green Lot parking pass includes a parking spot within close walking distance to the venue. Limited number of spaces. Autos only. This is NOT a concert ticket.
OVERSIZED VEHICLE LOT

Premium/VIP Seating
If you are interested in purchasing a floor box, season seats, or club access for the season, please contact our PSS department at 508-452-1847. Neither the venue receptionists nor the box office can answer questions regarding pricing or availability for these boxes.

Re-Entry
Re-Entry is not permitted at Xfinity Center events.
Recycling
Xfinity Center participates in a venue wide recycling program and is committed to sustainability. You will find recycling bins located throughout the venue. We encourage fans to recycle when possible.
Restrooms
Restroom facilities are located at the main ticket gates and in the upper concourses on both Lotside and Woodside. Sanitrax vacuum-flush restrooms, are also located in the Second Stage area, off the Lotside concourse.
Scalping Tickets
Scalping or reselling tickets is strictly prohibited on the property of the venue. Any guest caught selling tickets on property will be turned over to local law enforcement.
Security
Venue security and law enforcement are located throughout the facility to ensure a safe and secure environment. All security personnel wear white Live Nation polo shirts and can assist with any questions or concerns. Please do not hesitate to contact any of our on-site staff if any assistance is needed.

Everyone entering the Xfinity Center is subject to a security screening. When coming through the gates, please be prepared for security to use metal detectors and/or a physical pat down for our search procedures as well as all bags within our bag policy to be searched by security. Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in our reserved seating sections. We ask all our fans to be respectful of those around you.
Sponsorship/Hand Outs
All sponsorship inquiries should be directed to our sponsorship office. Call 508-339-2331 and ask to speak with someone in sponsorship. Any handouts or presence on-site needs to be cleared with venue sponsorship. If you do not have permission to be on site, you will be escorted off property.
Strollers and Wagons
Strollers and wagons are not permitted at the Xfinity Center.
Tailgating
Tailgating must end no later than 30 minutes prior to the scheduled showtime.
Xfinity Center parking lots are reserved for ticket holders only.
All tailgating activities must be conducted in accordance with town of Mansfield by-laws and Mass General laws. This does not allow the consumption of alcohol on property unless sold by the Xfinity Center. Furthermore, it prohibits drinking in public and public intoxication.
Please be respectful of other guests. Guests can report any issues to a Xfinity Center staff member.
Venue management reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of ticket purchase price, to refuse admission or to eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly, who use vulgar or abusive language, or who fails to comply with the rules of the venue.
Please clean up your tailgating area. Ask a venue Crew Member, they would be happy to provide bags.
Emergency aisles must be clear and no tents over 10x10.
Tailgating is not permitted at the conclusion of the event.
Taping
Some shows do allow audio recording, so please contact us prior to the event you are attending to confirm if this will be allowed.
Traffic
Traffic is controlled by local law enforcement and the venue. If there are any major traffic issues that will impact the start of the event, we will post this information on our social media pages.

Upgrades
Upgrades are available at livenation.com. You may also visit our General Store on the Lotside concourse of the venue. Upgrades vary by show and are subject to availability.
Premier Parking: With preferred exits, the Xfinity Center's Red, Green, and Blue premier parking lots have the quickest exit time of any venue parking.
Future Sales: Visit the General Store during the show to purchase tickets to select future Xfinity Center shows with no service fee or box office fees attached.
Lawn Chair Rentals: Lawn chairs are available for rent for most shows and must be turned in at the end of the event. Our rental chairs are 27.6” wide X 27.6” deep X 30.5” tall. No other chairs are permitted inside the venue. To rent a lawn chair in advance, click on the "UPGRADES AVAILABLE" dropdown on dropdown on our upgrade page and select "Lawn Chair Rental".
Please see a member of our staff if you require a modified lawn chair. Modified chairs are limited in availability and given on a first-come-first-served basis only. No reservations are allowed
Fast Lane: Beat the lines, get in first! The Fast Lane pass allows our guests to be the first ones admitted into the venue. Guests holding a Fast Lane pass can beat the line. This is not for parking. THIS IS NOT A CONCERT TICKET.
Seat Upgrades: Seat upgrades and box seat upgrades are available for purchase at many shows using the mobile QR code posted around the venue or visit our General Store and one of our Crew Members would be happy to help you upgrade your seat. Seat upgrade availability will vary depending on the show.

Will Call
Will call tickets are available for pickup at the box office located at the main ticket gates approximately 1 hour before doors open on the day of the show. Please make sure that you have a photo ID matching the purchaser's name to pick up tickets. Any name changes need to go through Ticketmaster Customer Service- 800-653-8000.
Guests are not permitted to put tickets in will call for other guests to pick up. You will need to arrange to meet your party at the facility to deliver tickets.
If tickets or passes are being left for you - they will only be left at the box office. This includes meet and greet passes, backstage passes, press passes, and tickets from the tour or other promotional company. These tickets will be available approximately 1 hour before doors on the day of the show. If your tickets/passes are not in will call you will need to contact the person that left them for you to determine where they are. The box office cannot contact any member of the tour for you.
