The small clutch bags do not need to be clear. No other bags of any type will be allowed.
- All events are mobile entry only. Please download your tickets to your phone using the Live Nation app at home before driving to the venue. Get more info atĀ livenation.com/venuemobileticketing.
- All points of sale will only accept credit, debit, or mobile pay (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay). In the event you are not carrying a credit or debit card, staff will be available on site in the South Plaza, next to Gate 5 to exchange cash for card, dollar for dollar, without any service fees.

- Unexpected Needs - If you have a temporary injury or illness preventing you from using the original seat you purchased, please contact Ticketmaster as soon as possible for ticket exchange resolutions. Any and all exchanges are subject to wheelchair accessible seating availability. Be advised that due to spacing issues, only one (1) companion will be immediately adjacent to the patron requesting wheelchair accessible seating. Additional companion seating will be located in the closet available seating area.Ā

What is your alcohol policy?
We do not permit any outside alcoholic beverages to be brought into the venue. However, we offer a wide variety of alcoholic beverages for purchase once inside the venue! A valid and current Driver License or State ID card is required to purchase alcohol, and guests will be required to show their ID every time they purchase.
What is your bag policy?
Bags must be clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC tote bags no larger than 12ā x 6ā x 12ā and/or small clutch bags (6āx 9ā). All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue, you will be asked to return them to your vehicle.
Can I bring my own lawn chair to a show?
To improve venue entry and for security purposes, personal lawn chairs are not permitted into the venue. Lawn chairs are available to reserve ahead of time for pick up day of show. You can reserve your lawn chair now on the Upgrades tab of our website HERE.
What are the venue's parking policies?
Parking at the venue is free. We do not allow overnight parking, tailgating, or consumption of alcohol in the parking lot.
Premier parking: Premier Parking is available for every event. The price will vary based on event. This can be purchased prior to the show via www.livenation.com or on site at the venue. Premier Parking is located directly outside our main gates and has a dedicated Entry Lane to expedite entry into the parking lot area. Premier Parking does not guarantee early exit out of the parking lot.
Motorcycle parking: Motorcycles can park outside of Gate 5. There is no additional fee for motorcycle parking.
Oversized vehicles: Oversized vehicles, including buses and RVs, cost $100* to remain onsite during an event. The vehicle is able to drop off and return with no additional cost.
Limousines: Cost to remain on site is $75* per limo. The limo is able to drop off and return with no additional cost.
Bus parking: Buses are considered an oversized vehicle and will be charged $100* if they will remain on site during the event. Buses dropping off guests can leave the parking lot and return 45 minutes prior to the end of the event with no additional charge. All buses will be boarded by our security staff to ensure no underage drinking is taking place on the bus. If there is any underage drinking, the whole bus will be turned around and no one will be able to enter the event. The venue will not issue refunds and bears no expense that will be incurred due to non-admittance. Tinley Park Police will be on site assisting in the bus lot to ensure all guests on buses are acting appropriately and within accordance of the law.Ā
We do not allow semi trucks, tractor trailers, or boats on our property to park.
All vehicles must be removed by the end of the night or they will be towed. If a vehicle needs to be left overnight due to an emergency please visit the security office near Gate 2 and speak with a manager regarding the situation.

What should I do if I have car trouble while at the venue?
If any assistance is needed with your vehicle, please contact your normal Emergency Assistance provider. Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre does not have tow or lockout services on site. Emergency assistance vehicles are permitted on property to assist with lockouts, jumps, or tows, but the guest will need to arrange for such services.
Do you have bicycle parking?
We do! Bike racks are located between Gates 2 and 3. All bikes must be removed by the end of the event. Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre is not responsible for lost or stolen bicycles.
Can I bring a camera to the show?
SUBJECT TO CHANGE - The standard venue policy allows camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras. Any camera that has a detachable lens will be considered professional and not allowed in. If the camera lens zooms out of the camera more than 1 inch, it will be considered a professional camera and will not be allowed in. Some artists do not permit cameras so please check back for the show you will be attending to ensure that we will be allowing cameras in.
Can I camp at the venue?
The venue does not allow camping or overnight parking of any kind.
What happens if my show cancels?
Cancellations will only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancellation, or an act of God. In the event of a cancellation, local media will be notified, and any information about a potential reschedule will be made available. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase.
Are children permitted?
All of our events are all ages. Children 2 and under do not require a ticket, but must sit on a parent's lap. Please note that strollers are not permitted into the venue.
Are firearms permitted?
Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre does not allow weapons on our property. Guests should follow all applicable laws regarding securing a weapon in a vehicle if they have it on them when they arrive. The venue will not secure weapons and will take no responsibility for any weapons left in vehicles.
What concessions are available?
Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre offers a wide variety of high-quality concession options that are either plant-based or humanely raised. Come early to enjoy dinner and drinks before a show or grab a snack in between acts!

What methods of payment are accepted?
All main concession stands take Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. All merchandise stands take all major credit cards.
To enable a contactless experience we've gone cashless. We accept credit, debit, or mobile pay. Got cash? Staff will be available on site at the Cash to Card Booth in the South Plaza, located near Gate 5. Here, you can exchange cash for a prepaid debit card, dollar for dollar, without any service fees.
Can I bring my own water to the venue?
Guests are permitted to bring in one (1) factory sealed bottle of water up to one gallon in size. This policy is subject to change based on artist requests or safety considerations. Refillable plastic water bottles are permitted. Camelbacks are not permitted.
Water fountains are located near every restroom facility.
Where can I drop someone off for a concert?
Drop off areas are located in front of Gate 2. Please let the parking staff know that you are dropping someone off, and they will direct you. Guests cannot remain in their vehicles during the event - they must drop off and return 45 minutes prior to the end of the show. If you are not back within 45 minutes of the end of the event, you will not be allowed to enter until the majority of cars have exited the parking lot. Local law enforcement will shut down all incoming traffic and only allow traffic out of the venue.
How do you handle emergencies?
In the event of an emergency while on site, Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre has trained paramedics to assist with any medical issues. First aid is located next to Gate 3, but any staff member with a radio can dispatch First Aid to the location needed. Local law enforcement officers are also on site for every event and can assist if needed or requested. Venue management works closely with all appropriate emergency agencies and services to ensure that we are up to date on any dangerous weather or potential crowd related issues. In the event of a weather emergency, we will communicate with guests that are inside of the facility as well as guests on their way to the venue. Is there a way to get into the venue earlier, or skip the line?
For select events, guests can purchase Fast Lane passes via www.livenation.com for each event. The Fast Lane passes do not permit the guest to enter any earlier than the designated gate time, however it does have a shorter line. Fast Lane Gates are located between Gates 2 and 3 and Gates 4 and 5.
What time do you open the gates?
Parking lots will generally open 30-60 minutes prior to our scheduled gate time. Gate times vary, but are usually 60-90 minutes prior to show time. Please check the specific event page as these times are subject to change. Please do not attempt to enter the venue any earlier than the designated times as you will be turned around and told to return when the parking lots open.
Can you accommodate groups?
If you have a large party that will be attending the show and are interested in hospitality options, please contact our Premium Seating Department at 312-540-2180. Premium Seating sells all VIP boxes, suites, and clubs at the venue that can accommodate larger parties than the standard ticket limit.
I'm visiting from out of town - where should I stay?
Welcome! You can visit www.tinleypark.org and click on the visitors link to see all hotels within 3 miles of the venue.
Can I rent a lawn chair at the venue?
Lawn chairs are available to rent at every event and must be turned in at the end of the event. The cost of lawn chair rentals will vary based on the event. You can also reserve your lawn chair rental in advance on our upgrades page.
Is there a lost & found?
If you lose an item while you are at an event, you can visit our operations room located next to Gate 3 to see if it has been turned in. After the event, please visit our virtual lost & found HERE. You can also call 708-614-1616 and speak to our receptionists to inquire about a lost item. We are here Monday through Friday from 9 ā 5 pm, and on event days.
What can I do if my tickets were lost or stolen?
Please report any lost or stolen tickets to Ticketmaster as soon as you are aware they are missing or destroyed. If a ticket needs to be reprinted during the event, guests can visit the box office and have their ticket reprinted for a fee.
Where can I direct press/media requests?
All media requests must be be submitted at least a week in advance on the PR Portal - click here for access.Ā

Do you have VIP Seating or other amenities?

Can I host a private event at Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre?

Can I take public transportation to the venue?
There is no public transportation that will take you directly to the venue. Guests can take the Metra Rock Island line to either Oak Park Avenue or 80th Avenue. The train stations are located 3 miles from the venue and additional transportation would need to be arranged. Please ensure that you check the return train schedule as they generally do not run past 10:30 PM. Most of our events will go until 11 PM.
If I leave the venue, can I come back in?
Re-entry is not permitted at Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre. Please ensure that everything you will need for the event is brought in with you. If you do leave at any point in the evening, you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket.
Do you recycle?
Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre participates in a venue-wide recycling program. You will find recycling bins located throughout the venue. Please recycle where possible.
Can I sell my extra tickets out front?
Scalping or reselling tickets is strictly prohibited on the property of the venue. Any guest caught selling tickets on property will be turned over to local law enforcement.
Does the venue have security?
Venue security and law enforcement are located throughout the facility to ensure a safe and secure environment. All security personnel are wearing white shirts and can assist with any questions or concerns. Please do not hesitate to contact our on-site staff if any assistance is needed.

What security procedures should I expect when entering?
When coming through the gates, please plan on security using metal detectors and/or a physical pat down for our search procedures. All bags are subject to inspection. If you have a medical reason for not wanting to be searched via metal detectors, please visit our First Aid station next to Gate 3 and they will give you an alternative to our metal detectors.Ā More information can be found here https://www.livenation.com/venueguidelines/
Where can I go for medical assistance?
First Aid is located next to Gate 3. We have trained medical personnel that are able to assist with any issue you encounter. We have ambulances on site throughout the duration of the event that can transport guests if needed. If you have medication that you need stored in a refrigerator, please go to Gate 3 and our medical staff will assist you. If you have a condition that requires you to use a needle for medication while you are here, please do so in our medical office so the syringe can be properly disposed of.
It is recommended that guests bringing medication into the venue also bring with them the original container and/or prescription label. Prescription documentation or confirmation may be requested of the guest for examination and verification by venue staff or security.
Where can I smoke or vape?
Due to Illinois law, no smoking is permitted inside the pavilion, or in any enclosed buildings (including bathrooms). Designated smoking areas are the North and South Plaza. While we do not restrict smoking on the lawn, if guests around you are complaining, we will ask you to smoke in the plazas. We appreciate your cooperation.
Can I leave materials around about my company, or sponsor the venue?
All sponsorship inquiries should be directed to our office - please call 312-540-2200 and ask to speak with someone in sponsorship. Any handouts or presence on site needs to be cleared with venue sponsorship. If you do not have permission to be on site you will be escorted off property.
Where do I go for taxis / ride-share?
The Village of Tinley Park requires that all taxis that pick up at the venue are registered with the Village. Taxis are located outside Gate 1 and are free to come in and out of the venue throughout the night. You can have a taxi drop off that is not registered, but that taxi is not able to pick up. How can I purchase a ticket upgrade?
Upgrades and/or experiences can be purchased on livenation.com ahead of time, via QR codes throughout the venue once inside, or at the entrances to available seating/lounge areas.
How does the VIP Club work?
The VIP Club is a private bar area for our VIP clients. Guests are able to purchase drinks and food in the club. The club will open 30 minutes prior to doors and remain open for up to 1 hour after the event has ended. VIP Club guests will have access to our Black Tie Restroom trailers, premium liquors, and excellent chef prepared meal choices. A limited number of VIP Club passes are available for purchase every show - you can purchase yours in advance here. Please note that purchasing VIP Club access does not include upgraded seats, premium parking, or food/drink.
What happens in the event of inclement weather?
All shows will go on rain or shine. However, in the event of severe weather we will keep our fans notified via our social media pages.

An event may be delayed, postponed, or canceled depending on the severity of the weather expected.
How does will call work?
Will call tickets are available for pickup at the box office located next to Gate 5. Please make sure that you have a photo ID matching the purchaser's name to pick up tickets. Any name changes need to go through Ticketmaster Customer Service- 800-653-8000.
Guests are not permitted to put tickets in will call for other guests to pick up. You will need to arrange to meet your party at the facility to deliver tickets.
If tickets or passes are being left for you, they will only be left at the box office. This includes meet and greet passes, backstage passes, press passes, and tickets from the tour or other promotional company. We do not get these tickets until the day of the event close to doors so please do not try to pick them up earlier. If your tickets/passes are not in will call, you will need to contact the person that left them for you to determine where they are. The box office cannot contact any member of the tour for you.
