Parking
We have parking at the Observatory. From West Lake Center Drive you’ll see signs for our parking areas. Parking is $10 per car (credit or debit card only, no cash), so we recommend ridesharing. There are also a few streets within walking distance where you can park, but we recommend you do not parking in any of the surrounding parking lots, as your car will likely be towed.

The Observatory OC strives to make our venue and live experiences inclusive and accessible. For more questions, or information not mentioned below, don't hesitate to get in touch with us via phone at 714-957-0600 or via email at ObservatoryOCInfo@LiveNation.com.
Arrival & Accessible entrances: For the Constellation Room, enter through the front entrance; the entire room is general admission and adheres to ADA guidelines. For our main room, The Observatory, head towards the front door and enter the room via our ADA ramp. Speak with a member of our team for access to the ADA section of the room. If you have any questions, a trained member of our team will be more than happy to assist.
Restrooms: ADA restrooms are available in both the lobby of the building and in the main room near the stage.
Accessible Parking: Please speak with one of our parking representatives. There is plenty of accessible parking in front of the venue.
Medication needs: If you need to enter with prescribed medication to be taken during the event, we require that all medication be in its original container with a name that is verifiable with a photo ID. Please only bring what is required for the duration of the event. We cannot store any type of medication. Over-the-counter medication must be in its original packaging.
Service Animals: At The Observatory OC, we have specific guidelines to ensure all guests, and their service animals are supported throughout their visit. Service animals are defined by the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) as dogs or miniature horses that are trained to do work to perform tasks related to people with disabilities. The work or task the service animal is trained to do must directly relate to the person's disability. Service animals must be housebroken. Service animals are required to behave and not repeatedly bark, growl, jump up on or lunge at other guests or employees. Corrective action must be taken if the service animal is not behaving appropriately.
Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Comfort animals, emotional support animals, and therapy dogs are not listed as service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA. This also applies to the other species of animals wild or domestic, trained, or untrained. The ADA requires the service animal to be under the control of the handler. This may include using a harness, leash, or other tether. Our venue employees are not required to provide for, the care, or supervision of a service animal, including cleaning up after it. Service Animals must remain on the floor and are not allowed on dining chairs or tables in our food and beverage locations. Live Nation and our operating partners have the right to deny access to a dog that disrupts our operations.
Please contact a member of the guest services team if your service animal needs access to a relief area. You will need to exit the venue and re-enter with the assistance of a member of the guest service team.
Sign Language Interpretation: The Observatory OC offers sign language interpretation upon request only. Requests for interpreters must be received at least two weeks before the event date. Please make your request by email to ObservatoryOCInfo@livenation.com and include how many in your party need interpretation. Interpretation requests are subject to the availability of an interpreter.
FAQs
Where is the Observatory located? How do I get there?
The Observatory and Constellation Room are located at 3503 South Harbor Blvd in Santa Ana, CA 92704. We are one mile north of Interstate 405, at the intersection of West Lake Center Drive and South Harbor Blvd. If you’re coming from the north, exit Harbor Blvd and turn left, then turn right at West Lake Center Drive. If you’re coming from the south, exit Harbor Blvd and turn right, then right again at West Lake Center Drive. You’ll see the venue on the left and signs for parking.
Do you have parking? Where can I park?
Yes, we do have parking at the Observatory. From West Lake Center Drive you’ll see signs for our parking areas. Parking is $10 per car (credit or debit card only, no cash). There are also a few streets within walking distance where you can park, but we recommend not parking in any of the surrounding parking lots, as your car will likely be towed.
What public transportation comes to the Observatory?
There are seven OCTA bus lines that will deliver you very close to the venue. Since they might not be running when the show lets out, there are usually taxis, Ubers, and Lyfts at the venue after shows. For more information on bus lines, please visit http://www.octa.net.
Do you have ADA accessible areas?
Yes! Click here for all of our accessibility info.
What are the box office hours?
The box office will be open on day-of-show only, approximately two hours before doors. If you’re looking to purchase tickets, we ask you to visit us at our events tab.
Can I get tickets for the show at the door?
We suggest buying tickets ahead of time, and we STRONGLY suggest avoiding third-party ticket resellers, especially for sold out shows.
When does the show start?
Start times are listed on the website for each show. As a general rule, though, shows start one hour after doors. Set times for each act and headliner change with each lineup. Keep in mind that the “show start time” may mean the headliner, one opening act, or several opening acts.
What are the set times for tonight’s event? How late does the show go?
Typically we don’t receive the show’s set times until the day of the show. We urge patrons to show up around door time of the event to get the most out of their ticket purchase.
What if the show I want to attend sells out?
Do you have a lost and found?
Lost and found is held in the box office. We hold items for at least two weeks before they are donated to charity, and we always contact owners of lost IDs and phones whenever possible. Click on the link below to view our virtual lost and found! You can communicate with us immediately and set up a time to pick up your item. Don't want to come back? No problem, you can set up shipping right from the website. Just click here.
I lost my ID. Can I still get in the venue?
To consume alcohol at The Observatory, we’ll need to see some form of valid, non-expired U.S. government ID. If you don’t have your state ID or Driver’s License, a passport is the best U.S. ID, so bring that. If you don’t have a passport, the only other IDs that will work are your birth certificate or a temporary ID from the DMV, and for these we’ll have to see some other form of ID that has your photo.
Please note that The Observatory has a very strict underage drinking policy that follows state law, and if you do not have acceptable ID that states your age at 21 or older, you will be considered the same as a minor and will not be able to purchase, consume or possess alcohol in the venue. We are very strict about this rule and all violators will be removed from the building without any additional chances or warnings and will not be eligible for a refund.
How old do you have to be to enter The Observatory and The Constellation Room?
Shows at the Observatory and Constellation Room are all ages, unless otherwise noted. Age restrictions will be listed on our website and ticketing page.
Do children need a ticket?
All guests ages 3 and older need a ticket.
I bought tickets to an event, and I selected print at home tickets, but my printer broke, what can I do?
