Doors Time
Doors generally open one hour before the show's scheduled start time.
Bag Policy
The following bag policy is in place: Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search.
Mobile Ticketing
All our events will be Mobile Entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print.

Phone troubles? Visit the box office on event day for assistance. Be prepared to show your ID.
Cashless Payments
Cashless payments will be available at all points of sale and are recommended.

Parking is available in numerous surface lots in the area. Buckhead Theatre does not currently own or operate any of the parking lots, and we are not responsible for parking rates or for vehicles left on the lots.
Our box office opens at 12PM on show-days only.
Will Call tickets can be picked up from the Buckhead Theatre box office, located by the main doors of the venue. To reach the Box Office by phone, call 404-843-2825 then press 5 for the Box Office.
The Buckhead Theatre box office accepts Visa, MasterCard & American Express. Currently not accepting cash.
Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, refunded, lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void.
Guests with special needs can email our Box Office Manager in advance at dustininouye@livenation.com to make us aware of the show and date that assistance will be needed.

Is the Buckhead Theatre handicap/ADA accessible?
Guests with special needs can email our Box Office Manager in advance at dustininouye@livenation.com to make us aware of the show and date that assistance will be needed.

What are your safety protocols?
Based on the latest local guidelines, attendees are no longer required to provide proof of negative COVID-19 test and/or vaccination for entry. Safety protocols are subject to change.
How can I get access to the General Admission pit?
The General Admission floor has a pit area with limited capacity that is first come, first serve. We recommend arriving early to secure a spot in the pit. General Admission ticketholders who arrive after the pit is full will be directed to other open areas on the floor.
What is "The Lounge"?

Can I bring a bag with me to the Buckhead Theatre?

What items are not allowed inside the Buckhead Theatre?
The following items are prohibited for all shows:
• No Outside Food or Drink Allowed
• No guns, knives, weapons, pepper spray, projectiles of any kind, or any other item that could be used to inflict harm.
• Replicas of any type of weapon are NOT permitted
• No drugs, drug paraphernalia or illegal substances of any kind
• No personal video cameras, GoPros, selfie sticks, drones, masks that cover the entire face, or laser pointers.
• No professional audio, video, or audio recording equipment - (including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms or commercial use rigs)
• No unsealed liquids or gels of any kind
• No jewelry or clothing that could inflict harm
• No bags over 12” x 12” X 6" of any kind, backpacks, Camelbacks or Bota bags (or bags that don't fit our new clear bag policy)
• No bags larger than 4.5" X 6.5" that aren't clear (small clutch bags approximately the size of your hand will be permitted)
• No stuffed animals or toys of any kind
• No hand fans
• No glow sticks, poi, hoops, or bitwhips
• This list of prohibited items is subject to change at the discretion of venue management
Can I purchase alcohol at the Buckhead Theatre?
Patrons of legal drinking age can purchase alcohol from our full service bars inside the Buckhead Theatre. All patrons who wish to drink must furnish a photo ID for age verification.
Can I smoke inside the Buckhead Theatre?
This is a smoke and vapor free facility. There is a smoking section accessible outside on the right of the building.
Can I buy tickets to upcoming shows at Buckhead Theatre box office?
Yes. Our box office opens at 12PM on show-days only. Tickets may also be purchased at livenation.com.
We are not responsible, cannot authenticate, cannot trace, and cannot replace lost or stolen tickets that were obtained outside of these points of purchase.

Does my child need a ticket to come with me to the show?
Yes. All patrons of any age require a ticket for admission to the Buckhead Theatre.
Can I bring a camera to the show?
Cell phone cameras are generally permitted. Photography is not permitted at the majority of shows at the Buckhead Theatre, though some bands permit cell phone cameras, provided that they are used without a flash. Photography equipment (with detachable or zoom lenses) is not permitted without an appropriate media or photo pass.
What do I need to bring to pickup my Will Call tickets?
Please be sure to bring a photo ID, your confirmation number and card used to purchase tickets with you to the box office. The name on the ID must match the name on your ticket order.
If I leave the building during a show, can I return?
No. Once inside the building there is no exit and re-entry.
Can I buy tickets to shows at other venues at the Buckhead Theatre box office?
No. Tickets are available only for shows at the Buckhead Theatre. To purchase tickets for other venues, please visit Livenation.com or Ticketmaster.com.
How does my local band perform at Buckhead Theatre?

Where is the lost and found?
Please double check your surroundings before leaving our venue to ensure that you have not misplaced any of your belongings. If you do happen to forget an item at our venue, please call 404-843-2825 then press 0 to leave a message if you still need to pick up your wallet & someone will call you back.
How do I get a photo pass or schedule an interview with the band?
Any media inquiries regarding day of show press needs to be submitted to www.livenation.com/pressrequests Please note media credentials need to be requested a minimum of five business days prior to the event. You must be on assignment from an accredited media outlet to apply for media credentials.
Can I purchase unclaimed tickets from Will Call?
No - we cannot sell you someone else's tickets.
How can I get the band to announce a special occasion for me from the stage?
Please do not contact the Buckhead Theatre with this type of request.
