Items ALLOWED to be brought into venue:
- Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags (6”x 9”).
- Cameras – nonprofessional only, no detachable lenses
- Water Bottles - Factory sealed or empty bottle, up to one gallon per person. Flavored water/ sports drinks are NOT allowed.
- Personal fans & misters (has to be empty going into the venue).
- Non aerosol sunscreen
- Personal sized blankets no larger than 4'x6'
- Food in a clear 1 gallon ziploc bag

Bag Policy
To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, we have implemented the following bag policy: we will allow clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags 6”x 9”.
Cashless Payment
All points of sale will only accept credit, debit or mobile pay (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay). In the event you are not carrying a credit or debit card, staff will be available on site at the Guest Services Booth to exchange cash for card, dollar for dollar, without any service fees.
Mobile Ticketing
All events will be Mobile Entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print (for previously scheduled shows where you selected print at home or mail, your tickets will be honored accordingly).
You have two options to access your tickets:
1. Add tickets to your mobile wallet by downloading the Live Nation App.
- Click My Tickets and select your upcoming show.
- Add the ticket(s) to your phone's wallet and you're done!
- Present your mobile ticket(s) at entry
2. Add tickets to your mobile wallet by visiting Live Nation on your mobile browser.
- On your mobile phone, visit livenation.com in your web browser and select My Tickets.
- Sign in and select your desired order.
- Add the ticket(s) to your phone's wallet and you're done!
- Present your mobile ticket(s) at entry.
Phone troubles? Visit the box office on event day for assistance. Be prepared to show your ID.
Purchase tickets for a group? Arriving separately? Transfer tickets directly to friends and family using the Live Nation App. To expedite entry, we recommend doing this prior to arriving at the event.
- Using the Live Nation App or your phone's web browser, sign in to your account.
- Select the desired order and tap Transfer Tickets (event eligibility may vary).
- Select the ticket you'd like to transfer. Add the recipient's information and send. The recipient will receive an email with the ticket.
Due to large crowds and high traffic, be sure to leave early and give yourself plenty of time at the venue. Increase your phone screen brightness to assist with scanning. Lastly, make sure you have a fully charged battery!

RV Inn Style Resorts Amphitheater strives to make our venue and live experiences inclusive and accessible to everyone. Arrival & Accessible Entrances
Our accessible entrance to the venue is located at the East entrance.The accessible entrance is a paved ramp leading to the lawn and is located at the front of the lawn, behind the 200s sections. The accessible entrance is a paved ramp that leads to the pit and is located on both the east & west side of the 100s sections.
Restrooms
All venue restrooms are accessible and located in the East and West plaza. We also have accessible porta potties.
Concession Stands
All venue stands are accessible and located throughout the venue. If you need assistance, please ask a staff member. There is a guest service tent near our accessible entrance & at the main gates
Ticketing
Accessible tickets can be purchased online via www.livenation.com. You do not need to call the Box Office to place an order as all of our accessible tickets are available through our website. Look for the accessible logo on the Find Tickets page to view all available accessible seats. We do have accessible seating in every price range, but be advised it does occasionally sell out. We have very limited seating available for guests on the day of the event, so please make sure you purchase accessible seating when you purchase tickets.
Lawn Seating
Our lawn is uncovered and subjected to the elements. In bad weather, the terrain can become difficult to navigate, making some areas inaccessible for people in wheelchairs or with limited mobility. Our accessible lawn area includes a designated pathway and entrance that is designed to accommodate people in wheelchairs and those with mobility aids.
Accessible Parking
Accessible Parking is located just outside our East Plaza. Turn on your emergency flashers to help parking staff identify your needs and they will direct you to the appropriate lot. A visible state issued accessible placard is required to park in this lot, but please be advised that accessible parking is limited so we highly recommend coming early. The pathway to the east accessible entrance is paved. If you are dropping someone off with accessible needs, please let our parking attendants know & they will let you drop off at the front of our accessible entrance.
Medication Needs
If you need to enter with prescribed medication to be taken during the event, we require that all medication be in its original container with a name that is verifiable with a photo ID. If you do not have a container with a name on it, we may request documentation that allows us to confirm the need for this medication as you enter the venue. Please only bring what is required for the duration of the event. We cannot store any type of medication. Over-the-counter medication must be in its original packaging.
Dietary Needs
RV Inn Style Resorts Amphitheater takes pride in offering a variety of choices for guests with special dietary needs. You may request to speak with a member of our Food & Beverage team with specific questions or concerns. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requests, we cannot guarantee that they will be able to meet all requests. Guests are allowed to bring in outside food in a clear, 1 gallon ziploc bag.
Service Animals
At RV Inn Style Resorts Amphitheater, we have specific guidelines to ensure all guests, and their service animals are supported throughout their visit.
Service animals are defined by the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) as dogs or miniature horses that are trained to do work to perform tasks related to people with disabilities. The work or task the service animal is trained to do must directly relate to the person's disability. Service animals must be housebroken. Service animals are required to behave and not repeatedly bark, growl, jump up on or lunge at other guests or employees. Corrective action must be taken if the service animal is not behaving appropriately.
Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Comfort animals, emotional support animals, and therapy dogs are not listed as service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA. This also applies to the other species of animals wild or domestic, trained, or untrained. The ADA requires the service animal to be under the control of the handler. This may include using a harness, leash, or other tether. Our venue employees are not required to provide for, the care, or supervision of a service animal, including cleaning up after it. Service Animals must remain on the floor and are not allowed on dining chairs or tables in our food and beverage locations. Live Nation and our operating partners have the right to deny access to a dog that disrupts our operations.
Interpreter Requests
If you will need an interpreter for an event, please email your request to risracustomerservice@livenation.com at least 2 weeks in advance so we can arrange for an interpreter for your show. When you arrive for the show, if you would like assistance getting to your seating area, please check in with the box office or a guest services supervisor. We would be happy to introduce you to your interpreter for the evening and take you to your seats.
Assistive Listening Devices
Please see a member of the guest services team upon your arrival. There is a guest service tent near our accessible entrance & at the main gates. They will help you download our assistive listening app onto your cell phone.
Mobility Device Storage
Limited storage is available for wheelchairs, canes, walkers, and other mobility devices. If you need access to your device during the show, please contact a member of the guest services team. There is a guest service tent near our accessible entrance & at the main gates. There is limited electrical connectivity in the venue, please contact us prior to your visit for more information.
Unexpected Needs
??If you have had an injury or illness that prevents you from using the original seat you purchased, we strongly recommend going through www.livenation.com to exchange all tickets. We will have a very limited number of accessible seats available on the day of the show for such issues, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to seat you. Please remember that accessible seating allows for the guest with the accessible need and one companion.

Can I rent a lawn chair at the venue?
No outside lawn chairs or stadium seats are allowed into the venue.
Lawn chairs are available for rent for most shows and must be turned in at the end of the event. Our rental chairs are 27.6” wide X 27.6” deep X 30.5” tall. No other chairs are permitted inside the venue. To rent a lawn chair in advance, click on the "UPGRADES AVAILABLE" dropdown on our upgrade page and select "Lawn Chair Rental".
What policies exist for lawn seating?
The lawn is always first come, first serve. Guests may notice a row or seat number on their lawn ticket, but that is only used for tracking purposes.
We do not allow outside lawn chairs or stadium seats.
If you purchased a RESEREVED LAWN ticket, this is located in a reserved area in the lawn and includes a lawn chair to sit in.
Can I leave my vehicle/ RV overnight?
There is no overnight parking permitted at the venue. Any unauthorized vehicles on site prior to an event or after an event will be towed at the owners expense. We are not an RV Inn Style Resorts Park but your can find the closest park near you at https://rvinnstyleresorts.com/
Are there shuttles?
For Saturday and Sunday shows, C-TRAN provides Amphitheater shuttle service to the show from the 99th Street Transit Center every 15 minutes. These services begin 90 minutes prior to a show start and run until show time. This service provides a quick and hassle-free alternative to parking in the amphitheater lots. The round-trip fare is $2.00 per person CASH ONLY. Children 18 & under may travel for free. Please have the exact fare to hand, as C-Tran drivers cannot provide change.

Can I bring my medication into the venue?
Medication must be in the original container and/or have the label pertaining to the prescription. It is recommended guests have documentation or confirmation of personal medical use, which may be requested of the guest for examination and verification by venue staff or security.
What are your bag policies for entry?
All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guest have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue please return them to your vehicle.

Can I park closer to the entry?
These parking options can be purchased prior to the show in the next tab over in "upgrades".
Do you have VIP Parking? Where is VIP Parking?
The VIP lots are located near the Ilani VIP Club. Guests must have a pass or be on the parking list to access these lots. Guests can enter through any road entrance and be directed to these lots.
Will there be traffic on my way into or out of the venue?
Traffic is controlled by local law enforcement and the venue. We strongly recommend early arrival and carpooling when possible. Please check local traffic reports for real time updates.
Is police assistance available?
Local law enforcement are on site for every event. On Duty law enforcement officers are the only individuals able to carry a weapon on our property. We do not allow conceal and carry weapons to be brought onto our property nor we will secure them.
Can you accommodate groups?
If you have a large party that will be attending the show and are interested in hospitality options, please contact our Premium Seating Department at 360-816-7004. Premium Seating sells all VIP boxes, suites, and clubs at the venue that can accommodate larger parties than the standard ticket limit.
If I leave the venue, can I come back in?
Re-Entry is not permitted at RV Inn Style Resorts Amphitheater. Please ensure that everything you will need for the event is brought in with you. If you do leave at any point in the evening- you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket.
Do you recycle?
RV Inn Style Resorts Amphitheater participates in a venue wide recycling program. You will find recycling bins located through-out the venue. Please recycle where possible.

Can I sell my extra tickets out front?
Scalping or reselling tickets is strictly prohibited on the property of the venue. Any guest caught selling tickets on property will be turned over to local law enforcement. Ticketmaster does offer to reseller tickets on most events.
Does the venue have security?
Venue security and law enforcement are located throughout the facility to ensure a safe and secure environment. All security personnel are wearing white shirts and can assist with any questions or concerns. Please do not hesitate to contact our on-site staff if any assistance is needed.

What security procedures should I expect when entering?
When coming through the gates, please plan on security using metal detectors and/or a physical pat down for our search procedures. All bags, and lawn chairs are subject to inspection are subject to inspection. If you have a medical reason for not wanting to be searched via metal detectors, please ask to speak with a supervisor or one of our medical personnel and they will give you an alternative to our metal detectors. Can I bring an umbrella?
Umbrellas are not permitted in our venue.
Where can I smoke or vape?
Smoking/Vaping is not permitted under the roof of the pavilion or the lawn area. Designated smoking areas are available in each plaza.
Can I leave materials around about my company, or about sponsoring the venue?
All sponsorship inquiries should be directed to our office- please call (360) 816-7000 and ask to speak with someone in sponsorship. Any handouts or presence on site needs to be cleared with venue sponsorship. If you do not have permission to be on site, you will be escorted off property.
What are your tailgating policies?
Due to the Washington State Liquor Control Board, Clark County Fire Marshal and Clark County regulations, alcohol consumption, open flames and camping are not allowed in the parking lots.
Do you have a VIP Club? Where is the VIP Club?
The Ilani VIP Club is exclusive to our Premium Seat clients – open before and during each performance with video monitors, private VIP restroom facilities, reserved seating in the best locations in the house Box Seat Hosts to assist you and your guests, exclusive VIP entrance and exit, and VIP parking.
What happens in the event of inclement weather?
All shows will go on rain or shine. However, in the event of severe weather we will keep our fans notified via our social media pages.

Can you provide will-call information?
Will call tickets are available for pickup at the Box Office located next to the main gates. Please make sure that you have a photo ID matching the purchasers name to pick up tickets. Any name changes need to go through Ticketmaster Customer Service- 800-653-8000.
Guests are not permitted to put tickets in will call for other guests to pick up. You will need to arrange to meet your party at the facility to deliver tickets.
If tickets or passes are being left for you- they will only be left at the Box Office. This includes meet and greet passes, backstage passes, press passes, and tickets from the tour or other promotional company. We do not get these tickets until the day of the event close to doors so please do not try to pick them up earlier. If your tickets/passes are not in will call you will need to contact the person that left them for you to determine where they are. The box office cannot contact any member of the tour for you.
Does the venue have administrative hours of operation?

What are your alcohol policies?
RV Inn Style Resorts Amphitheater offers a wide variety of alcoholic beverages for purchase during your time at the venue. You are not permitted to bring any alcoholic beverages into the venue or patrons cannot leave premises with alcohol. A valid and current Driver License or State ID card is required to purchase alcohol- guests will be required to show ID every time they purchase.
Liquor can be found in our three liquor gardens Summit Spirts, Crater Cocktails and Base Camp Lounge
Where can I get all-access passes?
All Access passes or Backstage Passes are not available for purchase. Visit www.livenation.com to view any VIP packages that may involve a meet and greet or additional access. The venue Box Office does not sell any meet and greet, backstage or venue passes.
Can I bring a service animal?
Like many venues and other large places of assembly, RV Inn Style Resorts Amphitheater has a “no pets” policy. However, Live Nation’s policy explicitly permits guests with disabilities who use dogs as service animals. RV Inn Style Resorts Amphitheater’s policy, consistent with ADA’s revised guidelines, defines “service animal” as limited to a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the individual’s disability.
RV Inn Style Resorts Amphitheater requires, consistent with the ADA, that service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents him or her from using these devices. Individuals who cannot use such devices must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective methods.
Who do I contact for automobile assistance?
If any assistance is needed with your vehicle please contact your normal Emergency Assistance provider.
Can I bring banners or signs to into the venue?
Signs larger than 8.5" X 11" in are not permitted into the venue. This size is a standard sheet of paper. We do not allow in banners or signs that are larger than this due to the potential to block other guest's view of the performance. All signs must be appropriate in nature and not be a distraction to the artist.
Can I camp at the venue?
The venue does not allow camping or overnight parking of any kind.
What happens if my show cancels?
Cancellations will only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancellation, or an act of God. In the event of a cancellation local media will be notified and any information about a potential reschedule will be made available. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase.

Are children permitted?
All of our events are all ages. Children 2 and under do not require a ticket, but must sit on a parent's lap.
Are firearms permitted?
RV Inn Style Resorts Amphitheater does not allow weapons on our property. Guests should follow all applicable laws regarding securing a weapon in a vehicle if they have it on them when they arrive. The venue will not secure weapons and will take no responsibility for any weapons left in vehicles.
What methods of payment are allowed inside?

Are there any perks for designated drivers?
Our concessionaire offers one free fountain soda to guests that commit to be the designated driver for their party. Please visit our Guest Services stand to get proper DD credential/voucher.
Can I bring my own water to the venue?
Guests are permitted to bring in One (1) factory-sealed or empty bottle of water up to one liter in size. This policy is subject to change based on artist requests or safety considerations. Aluminum bottles, refillable plastic water bottles are permitted. Camelbacks and stainless steel water bottles are not permitted. Water refill stations are located near each restroom.
How do you handle emergencies?
In the event of an emergency while on site RV Inn Style Resorts Amphitheater has trained paramedics to assist with any medical issues. First aid is located inside the East Plaza but any staff member with a radio can dispatch First Aid to the location needed. Local law enforcement officers are also on site for every event and can assist if needed or requested. Venue management works closely with all appropriate emergency agencies and services to ensure that we are up to date on any dangerous weather or potential crowd related issues. In the event of a weather emergency- we will communicate with guests that are inside of the facility as well as guests on their way to the venue.

Where do I enter the venue?
There are a total of four entrance gates to the facility. Main entry gates are available for use regardless of the ticket type. The Ilani VIP Club has a separate entry gate located adjacent to the VIP parking lot. All guests using this gate must be VIP clients and have the appropriate ticket.
Where can I get assistance inside the venue?
If you need assistance while at an event, please visit our Guest Services areas located in the East and West Plazas
Can you get some fan mail to a band?
RV Inn Style Resorts Amphitheater will do our best to get any fan mail sent to the venue to the appropriate parties. We cannot guarantee that any package or letter will be given to an artist. We recommend visiting the artist’s website and sending any items to their designated address. We are not responsible for returning anything that is sent to the venue for an artist.
Is there a way to get into the venue earlier, or skip the line?
For select events, guests can purchase Fast Lane passes via our "upgrades" tab over or each event. The Fast Lane passes do not permit the guest to enter any earlier than the designated gate time, however it does have a shorter line.
What time do you open the gates?
Parking lots will generally open one hour prior to our scheduled gate time. Gate times vary but are usually 60-90 minutes prior to show time. Please check the specific event page as these dates are subject to change. Please do not attempt to enter the venue any earlier than the designated times as you will be turned around and told to return when the parking lots open.
How should guests behave at a concert?
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with venue policy, state and local laws. Any guest that is acting in a manner that venue management deems unsafe can be subject to eviction. If a guest violates a state or local law, they will be subject to any tickets or punishment deemed necessary by local law enforcement.
What accommodations exist for guests with disabilities?
RV Inn Style Resorts Amphitheater value inclusion and access for all participants and are pleased to provide reasonable accommodations for all our events. All of our events have wheelchair access and those tickets can be purchase online at Livenation.com. To ask questions about accessibility or request accommodations, please contact RV Inn Style Resorts Amphitheater at 360-816-7000 or RISRACustomerService@livenation.com. At least two weeks' advance notice is required in order for us to help provide seamless access.

We will have a very limited number of seats available on the day of the show for such issues, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to seat you. Please remember that accessible seating permits for the guest with the accessible need and one companion.
- Interpreter Requests- if you will need an interpreter for an event, please give us at least 2 weeks’ notice to secure. Guests that request an interpreter will need to pick up their tickets at will call. When the tickets are picked up, we will introduce you to your interpreter for the evening and take you to your seats. There is no charge for interpreter services. Please call (360) 816-7000 to arrange for an interpreter for your visit.
- Accommodations- all venue bathrooms, concession stands, and merchandise stands are accessible.
Can you provide hearing assistance?
Guests that require assisted listening devices can contact our venue office prior to the event to arrange for a device. Please give us at least 5 days’ notice. Guests that require interpreter service need to email us with contact information and show date of interest. We need at least 2 weeks’ notice to secure an interpreter. What can I do if my tickets were lost or stolen?
Please report any lost or stolen tickets to Ticketmaster as soon as you are aware they are missing or destroyed. If a ticket needs to be reprinted during the event - guests can visit the box office and have their ticket reprinted for a fee.
Where can I go for medical assistance?
Please go to the the First Aid is located in the East Plaza, near the main concession stand. We have trained medical personnel that are able to assist with any issue you encounter. We have ambulances on site throughout the duration of the event that can transport guests if needed. If you have medication that you need stored in a refrigerator, please go to and our medical staff will assist you. If you have a condition that requires you to use a needle for medication while you are here- please do so in our medical office so the syringe can be properly disposed of.
Where can I buy artist merchandise at my show?
Merchandise will be available for all concerts at our Concert Gear booths located throughout the venue. For Festival shows- there will be merchandise located throughout the facility and sold by various vendors. All concert gear is property of the artist, and the venue has no responsibility related to the craftsmanship or style of any merchandise. Please make sure you check that you have the correct size and there are no defects in the shirt before you walk away from the stand. The venue cannot assist with replacing or refunding any merchandise after the event has ended.
Where can I park my motorcycle?
Motorcycles can park just outside the front gate area. There is no additional fee for motorcycle parking.
