Bag Policy:
The following clear bag policy is in place: Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Small clutch bags size 6" x 9" that are not clear will be subject to additional search. Guest have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue please return them to your vehicle. You can also visit one of our bag check areas before entering the venue to check your bag for a small fee or purchase an approved clear bag.
Mobile Ticketing:All our events will be Mobile Entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print.

Cashless Payments:All points of sale will only accept credit or debit. In the event you are not carrying a credit or debit card, staff will be available on-site at the guest services booth to exchange cash for card, dollar for dollar, without any service fees.

ON-SITE parking is available. Parking fee is included in ticket price. Upgraded parking options and parking for oversized vehicles may be purchased in advance via livenation.com or you may purchase on-site. Limited quantities are available.
Due to event and local traffic, please expect delays and give yourself plenty of time to arrive at Toyota Amphitheatre. Please consider alternative routes to Toyota Amphitheatre. Allow extra time & look for alternate routes due to construction and traffic slowdowns.
- From West - Take Highway 80 East towards Sacramento. Than take Highway 80 to Reno. Take the exit for Interstate 5/Highway 99. Follow Highway 70 split-off from Highway 99. From Highway 70 exit at McGowan Parkway turn right onto McGowan Parkway. Follow McGowan to Highway 65. Take Highway 65 south for 1/2 mile. Turn right onto Forty Mile Road.
- From East - Take Interstate 80 West to 65 North. Take 65 north to Forty Mile Road. Turn left on Forty Mile Road.
- From North – Take Highway 99 South to Highway 20 East to 70 South. Merge onto Highway 65 then take the Forty Mile Road exit.
- From South – Take Interstate 5 North towards Sacramento. Take the exit for Highway 99. Follow Highway 70 split-off from Highway 99. From Highway 70 exit at McGowan Parkway turn right onto McGowan Parkway. Follow McGowan to Highway 65. Take Highway 65 south for 1/2 mile. Turn right onto Forty Mile Road.
The box office opens at 12PM on show days. Please note that we no longer print physical tickets and all tickets will be sent to your mobile phone.
The box office is cashless. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, DISCOVER, APPLE PAY OR GOOGLE PAY.

- Ticketing- ADA tickets can be purchased online via www.livenation.com. You do not need to call the box office to place an order as all of our accessible tickets are available through www.livenation.com. Look for the logo on the Find Tickets page to view all available accessible seats. We do have accessible seating in every price range, but be advised it does occasionally sell out. We have very limited seating available for guests on the day of the event so please make sure you purchase accessible seating when you order tickets.
- Day of Show Parking- Accessible Parking is located outside of our Box Office in Lot A1 through Lot A3. Let the parking staff know that you need accessible parking and they will direct you to this lot. You need to have an accessible placard in order to park in this lot, but please be advised that parking is limited. If you do not absolutely need accessible parking- please park in the general lots.
- Accessible Stations- if you have questions or need assistance we have a stand staffed with customer service employees to help answer questions related to seating or other accommodations. This stand is located directly inside or Main Entrance to the left of the water fountain.
- Unexpected Needs- if you have had an injury or illness that prevents you from using the original seat you purchased we strongly recommend going through www.livenation.com to exchange all tickets for accessible. We will have a very limited number of seats available on the day of the show for such issues, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to seat you. Please remember that accessible seating permits for the guest with the accessible need and one companion.
- Interpreter Requests- if you will need an interpreter for an event please give us at least 2 weeks notice to secure. Guests that request an interpreter will need to pick up their tickets at will call. When the tickets are picked up we will introduce you to your interpreter for the evening and take you to your seats. There is no charge for interpreter services. Please call (530) 743-5200 to arrange for an interpreter for your visit.
- Accommodations- all venue bathrooms, concession stands, and merchandise stands are accessible.

Service Animals- like many venues and other large places of assembly, the Toyota Amphitheatre has a “no pets” policy. FAQs
Alcohol
Toyota Amphitheatre offers a wide variety of alcoholic beverages for purchase during your time at the venue. You are not permitted to bring any alcoholic beverages into the venue. A valid and current Driver License or State ID card is required to purchase alcohol- guests will be required to show ID every time they purchase.
All Access Passes
All Access passes or Backstage Passes are not available for purchase. Visit www.livenation.com to view any VIP packages that may involve a meet and greet or additional access. The venue box office does not sell any meet and greet, backstage or venue passes.
Animals - Service
Like many venues and other large places of assembly, Toyota Amphitheatre has a “no pets” policy. However, Live Nation’s policy explicitly permits guests with disabilities who use dogs as service animals. Toyota Amphitheatre’s policy is consistent with ADA’s revised guidelines, defining “service animal” as limited to a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the individual’s disability.

ATMs
We are now a cashless venue!
We offer multiple kiosks and customer service reps to assist in placing your cash onto a card to use for purchases at this venue. There is no fee, and you can use the card anywhere after the show.
Automobile Assistance
If any assistance is needed with your vehicle please contact your normal Emergency Assistance provider. Toyota Amphitheatre does not have tow or lockout services on site. Emergency assistance vehicles are permitted on property to assist with lockouts, jumps or tows but the guest will need to arrange for such services.
Bag Inspections

Banners and Signs
Signs larger than 8.5 X 11 inches are not permitted into the venue. This size is a standard sheet of paper. We do not allow in banners or signs that are larger than this due to the potential to block other guests view of the performance. All signs must be appropriate in nature and not be a distraction to the artist.
Camera Policy
SUBJECT TO CHANGE - The standard venue policy allows camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras. Any camera that has a detachable lens will be considered professional and not allowed in. If the camera lens zooms out of the camera more than 1 in- it will be considered a professional camera and will not be allowed in. Some artists do not permit cameras so please check back for the show you will be attending to ensure that we will be allowing cameras in.
Camping
The venue does not allow camping or overnight parking of any kind.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancellation, or an act of God. In the event of a cancellation local media will be notified and any information about a potential reschedule will be made available. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase.
Cell Phones
Your cell phone is your ticket. With most tickets being all digital, you should access your digital tickets and put them in your phone's wallet in advance of arrival. Make sure your phone is fully charged. On occasions, comedy shows in particular, cell phone usage may not be allowed due to artist requests, and will adjust on site procedures accordingly.
Children
All of our events are all ages. Children 3 and under do not require a ticket but must sit on a parent's lap.
Conceal and Carry
Toyota Amphitheatre does not allow weapons on our property. Guests should follow all applicable laws regarding securing a weapon in a vehicle if they have it on them when they arrive. The venue will not secure weapons and will not take responsibility for any weapons left in vehicles.
Concessions
Toyota Amphitheatre offers a wide variety of concession options through the venue. Including celebrity chef concepts such as the Volt Burger, Trejo's Tacos, DogHaus hot dogs, Jon & Vinny's pizza, plus specialty concessions, fountain soda (Pepsi Products), Liquid Death, Bud Light, Truly and more!

Credit/Debit Cards
All main concession stands take Visa/ MasterCard / Discover and American Express. All vendors will also take credit/debit cards, as we are now a cashless venue.
Toyota Designated Driver Program
Toyota is providing free fountain sodas to guests that commit to be the designated driver for their party. Please visit the Guest Services booth on the day of show for more information.
Drinking Water
Guests are permitted to bring in One (1) factory sealed bottle of water up to one liter in size. This policy is subject to change based on artist requests or safety considerations. Refillable plastic water bottles are permitted. Camelbacks are not permitted.
Water fountains are located near restroom facilities.
Drop Offs
The drop off area is located near the Uber Lot. Please let the parking staff know that you are dropping someone off and they will direct you. Guests cannot remain in their vehicles during the event- they must drop off and return 45 minutes prior to the end of the show. If you are not back within 45 minutes of the end of the event- you will not be allowed to enter until the majority of cars have exited the parking lot. Local law enforcement will shut down all incoming traffic and only allow traffic out of the venue.
Emergency
In the event of an emergency while on site- Toyota Amphitheatre has trained paramedics to assist with any medical issues. First aid is located at Gate D, but any staff member with a radio can dispatch First Aid to the location needed. Local law enforcement officers are also on site for every event and can assist if needed or requested. Venue management works closely with all appropriate emergency agencies and services to ensure that we are up to date on any dangerous weather or potential crowd-related issues. In the event of a weather emergency- we will communicate with guests that are inside of the facility as well as guests on their way to the venue.

Entrance Gates
There are a total of Two (2) entrance gates to the facility. Our Main Entrance is available for use regardless of the ticket type. There is One (1) Fast Lane gate located at our Main Entrance. You must have your Fast Lane pass to utilize this gate. The VIP Club has a separate entry gate located to the left of the Box Office. All guests using this gate must be VIP clients and have the appropriate ticket.

Fan Assistance
If you need assistance while at an event please visit our guest services area located directly inside our Main Entrance to the left of the water fountain.
Fan Mail
Toyota Amphitheatre will do our best to get any fan mail sent to the venue to the appropriate parties. We cannot guarantee that any package or letter will be given to an artist. We recommend visiting the artist’s website and sending any items to their designated address. We are not responsible for returning anything that is sent to the venue for an artist.
Fast Lane
For select events, guests can purchase Fast Lane passes via www.livenation.com for each event. The Fast Lane passes do not permit the guest to enter any earlier than the designated gate time, however, it does have a shorter line. Fast Lane Gates are located at our Main Entrance.
Gate Times
Parking lots will generally open 1.0 to 1.5 hours prior to our scheduled gate time. Gate times vary but are usually 1.5 hours prior to show time. Please check the specific event page as these dates are subject to change. Please do not attempt to enter the venue any earlier than the designated times as you will be turned around and told to return when the parking lots open.
Group Ticket Sales
Toyota Amphitheatre does not offer group ticket sales. If you have a large party that will be attending the show the only option would be to contact our Premium Seating Department at (925) 692-2408. Premium Seating sells all VIP boxes, suites, and clubs at the venue that can accommodate larger parties than the standard ticket limit.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with venue policy, state and local laws. Any guest that is acting in a manner that venue management deems unsafe can be subject to eviction. If a guest violates a state or local law they will be subject to any tickets or punishment deemed necessary by local law enforcement. We reserve the right to deny entry to any guest for any reason or no reason. If a guest is denied entry to any event, such guest will be issued a refund of the face value of the ticket for the event.

Hearing Assistance
Guests that require assisted listening devices can contact our venue office prior to the event to arrange for a device. Please give us at least 2 days notice. Lawn Chairs
Lawn chairs are available for rent for most shows and must be turned in at the end of the event. Our rental chairs are 27.6” wide X 27.6” deep X 30.5” tall. No other chairs are permitted inside the venue. To rent a lawn chair in advance, click on the "UPGRADES AVAILABLE" dropdown on dropdown on our upgrade page and select "Lawn Chair Rental".

Lawn Seating
The lawn is always first come, first serve. Guests may notice a row or seat number on their lawn ticket, but that is only used for tracking purposes. There are no assigned seats on the lawn.
Lost or Stolen Ticket
Please report any lost or stolen tickets to Ticketmaster as soon as you are aware they are missing or destroyed. If a ticket needs to be reprinted during the event, guests can visit the box office and have their ticket reprinted for a fee.
Lost and Found
If you lose an item while you are at an event- you can check in with the Guest services booth near the merchandise tent in the plaza. Our venue reception is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and will have all of the lost and found following each event. You can call in advance to see if we have your item (530) 743-5200. Please do not come out to the venue outside of normal business hours as we will not be able to assist you. You are not permitted to come into the facility and search for your item. All items found are kept for a period of thirty (30) days prior to being donated to local charities.

Medical Assistance
First Aid is located at Gate D. We have trained medical personnel that are able to assist with any issue you encounter. We have ambulances on site throughout the duration of the event that can transport guests if needed. If you have medication that you need stored in a refrigerator please go to Gate D and our medical staff will assist you. If you have a condition that requires you to use a needle for medication while you are here- please do so in our medical office so the syringe can be properly disposed of.
Medication Needs
It is recommended that guests bringing medication into the venue for necessary or possible administration during the show utilize or have with them the original container and/or label pertaining to the prescription, or other form of documentation or confirmation of personal medical use, which may be requested of the guest for examination and verification by venue staff or security.
Motorcycle Parking
Motorcycles can park in Lot B and Lot C. There is no additional fee for motorcycle parking.
Overnight Parking
There is no overnight parking permitted at the venue. Any unauthorized vehicles on site prior to an event or after an event will be towed at the owner's expense.
Parking
General parking is included in the ticket price for most events. When parking is not included in the ticket price, lot parking is determined on a show by show basis. Handicap parking is available on site through our South Entrance Gate. Please have your placard visible and the attendants will direct you to the designated area.
Premier Parking is available for purchase online. Prices for Premier Parking range from $30.00 to $60.00 for automobiles and $80.00 to $100.00 for limousines/RVs/buses. Premier Parking prices will increase for automobiles and limousines/RVs/buses when purchased on the day of the show at Toyota Amphitheatre. We recommend purchasing in advance for your convenience.
Oversized vehicles - including buses and RV's –A limited number of RV spaces are located at the back of Lot A with a parking pass. There is no overnight parking permitted at the venue. Any unauthorized vehicles on site after an event will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Limousines - cannot drop off and pick up at the front of Lot A. Limousines can park in the back of the VIP lot with the properly paid parking pass.
Police Assistance
Local law enforcement is on site for every event and are responsible for directing all traffic into the venue. On Duty, law enforcement officers are the only individuals able to carry a weapon on our property. We do not allow conceal and carry weapons to be brought onto our property nor will we secure them.
Premium/VIP Seating
If you are interested in purchasing a floor box, season seats or club access for the season please contact our PSS department at (925) 692-2408. Neither the venue receptionists nor the box office can answer questions regarding pricing or availability for these boxes.
Public Transportation
There are no local provisions in place to accommodate public transportation to Toyota Amphitheatre.
Recycling
Toyota Amphitheatre participates in a venue-wide recycling program. You will find recycling bins located though-out the venue. Please recycle where possible.
Re-Entry
Re-Entry is not permitted at Toyota Amphitheatre. Please ensure that everything you will need for the event is brought in with you. If you do leave at any point in the evening, you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket.
Reselling/Scalping
Scalping or reselling tickets is strictly prohibited on the property of the venue. Any guest caught selling tickets on the property will be turned over to local law enforcement.
Restrooms
Restrooms are located in our main concourse, to the left and right of our main entrance.
Security
Venue security and law enforcement are located throughout the facility to ensure a safe and secure environment. All security personnel are wearing white shirts and can assist with any questions or concerns. Please do not hesitate to contact our on-site staff if any assistance is needed.
Your safety and security are most important to us. The following details will outline our general venue’s guidelines:
Security Procedures
When coming through the gates, please plan on security using metal detectors and/or a physical pat down for our search procedures. All bags are subject to inspection. If you have a medical reason for not wanting to be searched via metal detectors, please visit our First Aid Station located at Gate D and they will give you an alternative to our metal detectors. Smoking
While we are an open-air facility – There is no smoking in the seating areas. We ask that if you wish to smoke, you do so in the plaza areas of the venue. We appreciate your cooperation.
Special Events
Our incredible space is the perfect location to host your next corporate event, private concert, conference, fundraiser or graduation. For more information about renting, please email us or click here.
Sponsorship/Handouts
All sponsorship inquiries should be directed to our office- please call (415) 848-0388 and ask to speak with someone in sponsorship. Any handouts or presence on site needs to be cleared with venue sponsorship. If you do not have permission to be on site you will be escorted off the property.
Strollers
Are not permitted because there is nowhere for them to be stored. The lawn has an incline that makes it unsafe for strollers to be on the lawn.
Taxis/Rideshare
The taxi and Uber pickup is located at in the front of parking Lot A.
Tailgating
Tailgating is not permitted in the parking lots.
Taping
Some shows do allow audio recording so please contact us prior to the event you are attending to confirm if this will be allowed.
Traffic
Umbrellas
Small umbrellas are sometimes permitted inside the venue. The policy is subject to change at management's discretion.
Upgrades
Upgrades are available through our Live Nation App and scanning a QR code on site. You’ll be able to select the show you're coming out to, then click "At Venue", then "Upgrades" to check out everything being offered!

VIP Club
The VIP Club will open doors and remain open until one (1) hour after the event has ended. VIP Club Guests will have access to our private restroom facilities, premium liquor, and beer selections, and excellent chef-prepared buffet. VIP Club passes are available for purchase at our UPGRADES tab.
VIP Parking
The VIP lot is located in Lot A1 through Lot A6. Guests must have a pass or be on the parking list to access these lots. Guests can enter through any road entrance and be directed to these lots.
Weather
Will Call
Will call tickets are available for pickup at the box office located to the left of the main entrance gate. Please make sure that you have a photo ID matching the purchaser's name to pick up tickets. Any name changes need to go through Ticketmaster Customer Service- 800-653-8000.
Guests are not permitted to put tickets in will call for other guests to pick up. You will need to arrange to meet your party at the facility to deliver tickets.
If tickets or passes are being left for you- they will only be left at the box office. This includes meet and greet passes, backstage passes, press passes, and tickets from the tour or other promotional company. We do not get these tickets until the day of the event close to doors so please do not try to pick them up earlier. If your tickets/passes are not in will call you will need to contact the person that left them for you to determine where they are. The box office cannot contact any member of the tour for you.

Toyota Amphitheatre offers a wide variety of alcoholic beverages for purchase during your time at the venue. You are not permitted to bring any alcoholic beverages into the venue. A valid and current Driver License or State ID card is required to purchase alcohol- guests will be required to show ID every time they purchase.
- All Access Passes
All Access passes or Backstage Passes are not available for purchase. Visit www.livenation.com to view any VIP packages that may involve a meet and greet or additional access. The venue box office does not sell any meet and greet, backstage or venue passes.
- Animals- Service
Like many venues and other large places of assembly, the Toyota Amphitheatre has a “no pets” policy. However, Live Nation’s policy explicitly permits guests with disabilities who use dogs as service animals. Toyota Amphitheatre’s (policy, consistent with ADA’s revised guidelines, defines “service animal” as limited to a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the individual’s disability.
Toyota Amphitheatre requires, consistent with the ADA, that service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents him or her from using these devices. Individuals who cannot use such devices must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective methods.
- ATM's
We are now a cashless venue!
We offer multiple kiosks and customer service reps to assist in placing your cash onto a card to use for purchases at this venue. There is no fee, and you can use the card anywhere after the show.
- Automobile Assistance
If any assistance is needed with your vehicle please contact your normal Emergency Assistance, provider. Toyota Amphitheatre does not have tow or lockout services on site. Emergency assistance vehicles are permitted on property to assist with lockouts, jumps or tows but the guest will need to arrange for such services.
- Bag Inspections
The following clear bag policy is in place: Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Small clutch bags size 6" x 9" that are not clear will be subject to additional search. Guest have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue please return them to your vehicle. You can also visit one of our bag check areas before entering the venue to check your bag for a small fee or purchase an approved clear bag.
- Banners and Signs
Signs larger than 8.5 X 11 inches are not permitted into the venue. This size is a standard sheet of paper. We do not allow in banners or signs that are larger than this due to the potential to block other guests view of the performance. All signs must be appropriate in nature and not be a distraction to the artist.
- Box Office
The box office opens at 12PM on show days.
- Bus Parking
Buses are considered an oversized vehicle and will be charged up to $100.00 if they will be remaining on site during the event. Buses that will be dropping off guests can leave the parking lot and return 45 minutes prior to the end of the event with no additional charge. All buses will be boarded by our security staff to ensure no underage drinking is taking place on the bus. If there is any underage drinking- the whole bus will be turned around and no one will be able to enter the event. The venue will not issue refunds and bears no expense that will be incurred due to non-admittance. Yuba County Sheriffs will be on site assisting in the bus lot to ensure all guests on buses are acting appropriately and within accordance of the law. *Subject to change based on event.
- Camera Policy
SUBJECT TO CHANGE- The standard venue policy allows camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras. Any camera that has a detachable lens will be considered professional and not allowed in. If the camera lens zooms out of the camera more than 1 in- it will be considered a professional camera and will not be allowed in. Some artists do not permit cameras so please check back for the show you will be attending to ensure that we will be allowing cameras in.
- Camping
The venue does not allow camping or overnight parking of any kind.
- Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancellation, or an act of God. In the event of a cancellation local media will be notified and any information about a potential reschedule will be made available. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase.
- Cell Phones
Generally, cell phones are permitted in the venue. On occasions, comedy shows, in particular, cell phones usage may not be allowed due to artist requests.
- Children
All of our events are all ages. Children 3 and under do not require a ticket but must sit on a parent's lap.
- Conceal and Carry
Toyota Amphitheatre does not allow weapons on our property. Guests should follow all applicable laws regarding securing a weapon in a vehicle if they have it on them when they arrive. The venue will not secure weapons and will not take responsibility for any weapons left in vehicles.
- Concessions
Toyota Amphitheatre offers a wide variety of concession options throughout the venue. Including celebrity chef concepts such as the Volt Burger, Trejo's Tacos, DogHaus hot dogs, Jon & Vinny's pizza, plus specialty concessions, fountain soda (Pepsi Products), Liquid Death, Bud Light, Truly and more!

- Designated Driver
Toyota Designated Driver
Toyota is providing free fountain sodas to guests that commit to be the designated driver for their party. Please visit the Guest Services booth on the day of show for more information.
- Drinking Water
Guests are permitted to bring in One (1) factory sealed bottle of water up to one liter in size. This policy is subject to change based on artist requests or safety considerations. refillable plastic water bottles are permitted. Camelbacks are not permitted.
Water fountains are located near both restroom facilities to the left and right of the main entrance.
- Drop Offs
The drop off area is located near the Uber Lot. Please let the parking staff know that you are dropping someone off and they will direct you. Guests cannot remain in their vehicles during the event- they must drop off and return 45 minutes prior to the end of the show. If you are not back within 45 minutes of the end of the event- you will not be allowed to enter until the majority of cars have exited the parking lot. Local law enforcement will shut down all incoming traffic and only allow traffic out of the venue.
- Emergency
In the event of an emergency while on site- Toyota Amphitheatre has trained paramedics to assist with any medical issues. First aid is located at Gate D, but any staff member with a radio can dispatch First Aid to the location needed. Local law enforcement officers are also on site for every event and can assist if needed or requested. Venue management works closely with all appropriate emergency agencies and services to ensure that we are up to date on any dangerous weather or potential crowd-related issues. In the event of a weather emergency- we will communicate with guests that are inside of the facility as well as guests on their way to the venue. - Entrance Gates
There is a total of Two (2) entrance gates to the facility. Our Main Entrance is available for use regardless of the ticket type. There is One (1) Fast Lane gate located at our Main Entrance. You must have your Fast Lane pass to utilize this gate. The VIP Club has a separate entry gate located to the left of the Box Office. All guests using this gate must be VIP clients and have the appropriate ticket.

- Fan Assistance
If you need assistance while at an event please visit our guest services area located directly inside our Main Entrance to the left of the water fountain.
- Fan Mail
Toyota Amphitheatre will do our best to get any fan mail sent to the venue to the appropriate parties. We cannot guarantee that any package or letter will be given to an artist. We recommend visiting the artist’s website and sending any items to their designated address. We are not responsible for returning anything that is sent to the venue for an artist.
- Fast Lane
For select events, guests can purchase Fast Lane passes via www.livenation.com for each event. The Fast Lane passes do not permit the guest to enter any earlier than the designated gate time, however, it does have a shorter line. Fast Lane Gates are located at our Main Entrance.
- Gate Times
Parking lots will generally open 1.0 to 1.5 hours prior to our scheduled gate time. Gate times vary but are usually 1.5 hours prior to show time. Please check the specific event page as these dates are subject to change. Please do not attempt to enter the venue any earlier than the designated times as you will be turned around and told to return when the parking lots open.
- Group Ticket Sales
Toyota Amphitheatre does not offer group ticket sales. If you have a large party that will be attending the show the only option would be to contact our Premium Seating Department at (925) 692-2408. Premium Seating sells all VIP boxes, suites, and clubs at the venue that can accommodate larger parties than the standard ticket limit.
- Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with venue policy, state and local laws. Any guest that is acting in a manner that venue management deems unsafe can be subject to eviction. If a guest violates a state or local law they will be subject to any tickets or punishment deemed necessary by local law enforcement. We reserve the right to deny entry to any guest for any reason or no reason. If a guest is denied entry to any event, such guest will be issued a refund of the face value of the ticket for the event.
- Guests with Disabilities
Toyota Amphitheatre strives to ensure that all of our guests have a great time at our venue. If you need additional assistance while you are here please make sure you let us know.
- Ticketing- ADA tickets can be purchased online via www.livenation.com. You do not need to call the box office to place an order as all of our accessible tickets are available through www.livenation.com. Look for the logo on the Find Tickets page to view all available accessible seats. We do have accessible seating in every price range, but be advised it does occasionally sell out. We have very limited seating available for guests on the day of the event so please make sure you purchase accessible seating when you order tickets.
- Day of Show Parking- Accessible Parking is located outside of our Box Office in Lot A1 through Lot A3. Let the parking staff know that you need accessible parking and they will direct you to this lot. You need to have an accessible placard in order to park in this lot, but please be advised that parking is limited. If you do not absolutely need accessible parking- please park in the general lots.
- Accessible Stations- if you have questions or need assistance we have a stand staffed with customer service employees to help answer questions related to seating or other accommodations. This stand is located directly inside or Main Entrance to the left of the water fountain.
- Unexpected Needs- if you have had an injury or illness that prevents you from using the original seat you purchased we strongly recommend going through www.livenation.com to exchange all tickets for accessible. We will have a very limited number of seats available on the day of the show for such issues, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to seat you. Please remember that accessible seating permits for the guest with the accessible need and one companion.
- Interpreter Requests- if you will need an interpreter for an event please give us at least 2 weeks notice to secure. Guests that request an interpreter will need to pick up their tickets at will call. When the tickets are picked up we will introduce you to your interpreter for the evening and take you to your seats. There is no charge for interpreter services. Please call (530) 743-5200 to arrange for an interpreter for your visit.
- Accommodations- all venue bathrooms, concession stands, and merchandise stands are accessible.
- Hearing Assistance
Guests that require assisted listening devices can contact our venue office prior to the event to arrange for a device. Please give us at least 2 days notice. Guests that require interpreter service can call the venue and arrange this for any event. We need at least 2 weeks notice to secure an interpreter. We can be reached at (530) 743-5200.

- Lawn Chair Rental
Lawn chairs are available to rent at the venue. Rentals fees vary by show.
- Lawn Seating
The lawn is always first come, first serve. Guests may notice a row or seat number on their lawn ticket, but that is only used for tracking purposes. There are no assigned seats on the lawn.
- Lost and Found
If you lose an item while you are at an event- you can check in with the Guest services booth near the merchandise tent in the plaza. Our venue reception is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and will have all of the lost and found following each event. You can call in advance to see if we have your item (530) 743-5200. Please do not come out to the venue outside of normal business hours as we will not be able to assist you. You are not permitted to come into the facility and search for your item. All items found are kept for a period of thirty (30) days prior to being donated to local charities.
- Lost or Stolen Tickets
Please report any lost or stolen tickets to Ticketmaster as soon as you are aware they are missing or destroyed. If a ticket needs to be reprinted during the event- guests can visit the box office and have their ticket reprinted for a fee.

- From West - Take Highway 80 East towards Sacramento. Than take Highway 80 to Reno. Take the exit for Interstate 5/Highway 99. Follow Highway 70 split-off from Highway 99. From Highway 70 exit at McGowan Parkway turn right onto McGowan Parkway. Follow McGowan to Highway 65. Take Highway 65 south for 1/2 mile. Turn right onto Forty Mile Road.
- From East - Take Interstate 80 West to 65 North. Take 65 north to Forty Mile Road. Turn left on Forty Mile Road.
- From North – Take Highway 99 South to Highway 20 East to 70 South. Merge onto Highway 65 then take the Forty Mile Road exit.
- From South – Take Interstate 5 North towards Sacramento. Take the exit for Highway 99. Follow Highway 70 split-off from Highway 99. From Highway 70 exit at McGowan Parkway turn right onto McGowan Parkway. Follow McGowan to Highway 65. Take Highway 65 south for 1/2 mile. Turn right onto Forty Mile Road.

- Medical Assistance
First Aid is located at Gate D. We have trained medical personnel that are able to assist with any issue you encounter. We have ambulances on site throughout the duration of the event that can transport guests if needed. If you have medication that you need stored in a refrigerator please go to Gate D and our medical staff will assist you. If you have a condition that requires you to use a needle for medication while you are here- please do so in our medical office so the syringe can be properly disposed of.
- Medication Needs
It is recommended that guests bringing medication into the venue for necessary or possible administration during the show utilize or have with them the original container and/or label pertaining to the prescription, or other form of documentation or confirmation of personal medical use, which may be requested of the guest for examination and verification by venue staff or security
- Merchandise
Merchandise will be available for all concerts at our Tour Merchandise booths located in the Sierra and Butte Plazas. All merchandise is the property of the artist and the venue has no responsibility related to the craftsmanship or style of any merchandise. Please make sure you check that you have the correct size and there are no defects in the shirt before you walk away from the stand. The venue cannot assist with replacing or refunding any merchandise after the event has ended.
- Motorcycle Parking
Motorcycles can park in Lot B and Lot C. There is no additional fee for motorcycle parking.
- Overnight Parking
There is no overnight parking permitted at the venue. Any unauthorized vehicles on site prior to an event or after an event will be towed at the owner's expense.
- Parking
General parking is included in the ticket price for most events. When parking is not included in the ticket price, lot parking is determined on a show by show basis. Handicap parking is available on site through our South Entrance Gate. Please have your placard visible and the attendants will direct you to the designated area. Premier Parking is available for purchase online. Prices for Premier Parking range from $30.00 to $60.00 for automobiles and $80.00 to $100.00 for limousines/RVs/buses. Premier Parking prices will increase for automobiles and limousines/RVs/buses when purchased on the day of the show at Toyota Amphitheatre. We recommend purchasing in advance for your convenience.
- Oversized vehicles - including buses and RV's –A limited number of RV spaces are located at the back of Lot A with a parking pass. There is no overnight parking permitted at the venue. Any unauthorized vehicles on site after an event will be towed at the owner’s expense.
- Limousines- cannot drop off and pick up at the front of Lot A. Limousines can park in the back of the VIP lot with the properly paid parking pass.
- Police Assistance
Local law enforcement is on site for every event and are responsible for directing all traffic into the venue. On Duty, law enforcement officers are the only individuals able to carry a weapon on our property. We do not allow conceal and carry weapons to be brought onto our property nor we will secure them.
- Premier Parking
Premier Parking is available for every event. The price will vary based on the event. This can be purchased prior to the show via www.livenation.com or on site at the venue. Premier Parking is located in Lot B and Lot C. Premier Parking does not guarantee early exit out of the parking lot.
- Premium / VIP Seating
If you are interested in purchasing a floor box, season seats or club access for the season please contact our PSS department at (925) 692-2408. Neither the venue receptionists nor the box office can answer questions regarding pricing or availability for these boxes.
- Private Events

There are no local provisions in place to accommodate public transportation to Toyota Amphitheatre.
- Re-Entry
Re-Entry is not permitted at Toyota Amphitheatre. Please ensure that everything you will need for the event is brought in with you. If you do leave at any point in the evening- you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket.
- Recycling
Toyota Amphitheatre participates in a venue-wide recycling program. You will find recycling bins located though-out the venue. Please recycle where possible.
- Restrooms
Restrooms are located in our Sierra and Butte Plazas.
- Scalping Tickets
Scalping or reselling tickets is strictly prohibited on the property of the venue. Any guest caught selling tickets on the property will be turned over to local law enforcement.
- Security
Venue security and law enforcement are located throughout the facility to ensure a safe and secure environment. All security personnel are wearing white shirts and can assist with any questions or concerns. Please do not hesitate to contact our on-site staff if any assistance is needed.

- Security Procedures
When coming through the gates, please plan on security using metal detectors and/or a physical pat down for our search procedures. All bags are subject to inspection. If you have a medical reason for not wanting to be searched via metal detectors, please visit our First Aid Station located at Gate D and they will give you an alternative to our metal detectors. - Smoking
While we are an open-air facility – There is no smoking in the seating areas. We ask that if you wish to smoke, you do so in the plaza areas of the venue. We appreciate your cooperation.
- Sponsorship / Hand Outs
All sponsorship inquiries should be directed to our office- please call (415) 848-0388 and ask to speak with someone in sponsorship. Any handouts or presence on site needs to be cleared with venue sponsorship. If you do not have permission to be on site you will be escorted off the property.
- Strollers
Are not permitted because there is nowhere for them to be stored. The lawn has an incline that makes it unsafe for strollers to be on the lawn.
- Tailgating
Tailgating is not permitted in the parking lots.
- Taping
Some shows do allow audio recording so please contact us prior to the event you are attending to confirm if this will be allowed.
- Taxis
The Taxis pickup is located at in the front of parking Lot A.

Small umbrellas are sometimes permitted inside the venue. The policy is subject to change at management's discretion.
- Upgrades
Upgrades are available through our Live Nation App and scanning a QR code on site. You’ll be able to select the show you're coming out to, then click "At Venue", then "Upgrades" to check out everything being offered!

- VIP Club
The VIP club will open doors and remain open until one (1) hour after the event has ended. VIP Club Guests will have access to our private restroom facilities, premium liquor, and beer selections, and excellent chef-prepared buffet. VIP Club passes are available for purchase HERE
- VIP Parking
The VIP lot is located in Lot A1 through Lot A6. Guests must have a pass or be on the parking list to access these lots. Guests can enter through any road entrance and be directed to these lots.
- Weather
- Will Call
Will call tickets are available for pickup at the box office located to the left of the main entrance gate. Please make sure that you have a photo ID matching the purchaser's name to pick up tickets. Any name changes need to go through Ticketmaster Customer Service- 800-653-8000.
Guests are not permitted to put tickets in will call for other guests to pick up. You will need to arrange to meet your party at the facility to deliver tickets.
If tickets or passes are being left for you- they will only be left at the box office. This includes meet and greet passes, backstage passes, press passes, and tickets from the tour or other promotional company. We do not get these tickets until the day of the event close to doors so please do not try to pick them up earlier. If your tickets/passes are not in will call you will need to contact the person that left them for you to determine where they are. The box office cannot contact any member of the tour for you.
