Know Before You Go

The historic Warner Theatre is located in the heart of downtown Washington, D.C.’s vibrant Pennsylvania Quarter arts district. Opened in 1924, Warner Theatre hosts everyone from comedians and legendary artists to your next favorite band.

Doors Time

Doors generally open one hour before the show's scheduled start time.

Bag Policy

The following bag policy is in place: Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search. Backpacks of any size will not be allowed.

Mobile Ticketing

All our events will be Mobile Entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print.

Metro Information

The Warner Theatre is located on the Red, Blue, and Orange Line trains via the Metro Center Station.

Parking

There is one garage attached to Warner Theatre operated by SP Corporation with an entrance on 12th St. between E and F Streets NW. Additional parking is available at numerous garages in the vicinity of the theatre. Warner Theatre does not own or operate any of the parking garages and we are not responsible for parking rates or for vehicles left in the garages.

Box Office

Our box office is located at the venue at 13th Street, between E & F Streets, NW. The box office is open only on show days. On show days, the box office will open 2 hours prior to door time. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You can purchase tickets directly via our box office or purchase tickets online at WarnerTheatreDC.com.

Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, refunded, lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void and therefore not valid for entry.

Accessibility Services

At Warner Theatre, we strive to ensure that all our guests have a great time at our venue. If you need additional assistance while you are here please make sure to let us know. Please note that unfortunately due to the age of the theatre, we do not have an elevator. ADA seating is offered on the main floor.

Ticketing - ADA tickets can be purchased online via www.livenation.com. You do not need to call the box office to place an order. Look for the logo on the “Find Tickets” page to view all available accessible seats. Alternatively, once on the ticket page for your chosen show, go to “Filters” and toggle on “Show accessible tickets.” Please be advised that accessible seating does occasionally sell out. We have limited seating available for guests on the day of the show so please make sure you purchase accessible seating when you order tickets.

Unexpected Needs - If you have had an injury or illness that prevents you from using the original seats you purchased we strongly recommend going through www.livenation.com to exchange all tickets for accessible seating. Accessible seating permits for the guest with the accessible need and one companion. If you have questions about accommodations please contact our box office at WarnerBoxOffice@LiveNation.com.

Interpreter Requests - If you need an interpreter for an event please give us at least 2 weeks notice to secure an interpreter. There is no charge for interpreter services. Please email WarnerBoxOffice@LiveNation.com to arrange for an interpreter for your visit.

Hearing Assistance - We are committed to providing a great listening experience for everyone. Guests can access quality audio via the Listen EVERYWHERE Wi-Fi assistive listening system while in Warner Theatre. Please see a Warner Theatre Usher or Guest Services Representative once on-site for assistance. All you need is your smartphone, your favorite headset - Bluetooth or wired (hearing aids work as well) and we can walk you through the steps when on-site.

If possible, please download the Listen EVERYWHERE app on your phone in advance of arrival to aid in getting you set up quickly to hear the show! For those without a smartphone, or headsets we have limited units available to borrow at no charge.

Accommodations - Our lobby bar, merch, and coat check are accessible.

Service Animals - Registered service animals actively performing service are permitted inside the venue.

FAQs

Is the venue all-ages?

Most shows are all ages events, unless otherwise specified on our calendar. Patrons of legal drinking age can purchase alcohol from our full service bars inside the venue. You are not permitted to bring alcholic beverages into the venue. All patrons who wish to drink must show photo ID for age verification.

Is there re-entry?

Re-entry is not permitted at Warner Theatre. Please ensure that everything you will need for the event is brought in with you. If you leave at any point in the evening you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket.

Where is Will-Call?

Will Call tickets can be picked up from Warner Theatre box office, located at the entrance of the building on 513 13th St. NW the evening of the event. Please be sure to bring a photo ID and your Ticketmaster confirmation with you to the box office. The name on the ID must match the name on your Ticketmaster order.
